Excellent,would choose to stay again. + Breakfast was excellent ,room spacious and clean. − Beach distance from hotel not very convenient, although very beautiful.

+ Πλούσιο πρόγευμα, φιλικό προσωπικό, μεγάλοι και άνετοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι. 4-5 λεπτά περπάτημα από τη θάλασσα. − Τα κρεβατάκια της πισίνας είχαν μούχλα. Ντροπή για 5* ξενοδοχείο. Η καθαρίστρια κάθε μέρα ξεχνούσε και κάτι κατά το καθάρισμα του δωματίου. Την μια μέρα ξέχασε να αδείασει τον κάλαθο, την 2η μέρα ξέχασε ένα άδειο πακέτο χαρτομάντηλα.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχειο + Είναι η δεύτερη χρονιά που πάμε στο ξενοδοχείο και ήταν όλα υπέροχα. Η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού ήταν εξαιρετική, η τοποθεσία του, το πρωινό και το μεσημεριανό ήταν καταπληκτικά. − Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό αλλά το μπάνιο χρειαζόταν σίγουρα ανακαίνιση.

Could have stayed at a lower star hotel and enjoyed much more. + The location and the view is very nice. − Eventhough I paid for an all inclusive stay, I have been told that water and other drinks are not included in this price, for lunch there is no open buffet and you are only allowed to choose 1 starter 1 main and 1 desert from the menu. Thats it nothing else. They have an unnecessary dress code for the restaurant which makes no sense since everyone is there for a summer holiday, and may not pack pants for a hotel stay specifically.

Very relaxing and comfortable, and good value for money. + Very attentive staff, who were happy to help with any queries and happy to serve. Rooms were cleaned to an immaculate standard with the cleaners going above and beyond, even after standard cleaning times (i.e if you got up late). The views from the sea view room were immaculate. − A little bit clearer labelling/directions for the facilities would have been helpful, perhaps a labelled map of the complex and surrounding area (i.e. the hotel beach) to accompany the helpful welcoming letter provided on check-in. This is a very minor point.
