+ Phantastisches kleines Hotel inmitten tropischer Vegetation, das beste auf unserer 6 Wochen langen Reise. Äusserst nettes und hilfsbereites Personal − absolut gar nichts!

Ein kleine Oase in wunderschöner Lage + Nach einem wirklich nicht zu unterschätzenden Aufstieg in unser Canopy-Zimmer haben wir die Lage mitten in den Bäumen sehr genossen. Der Pool war ein Träumchen. Das Essen inkl. Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Madeleine hat sich an der Bar und auch sonst wunderbar um uns gekümmert. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

+ The staff helped with our luggage, the room was spacious and had a full kitchen. There was a large deck. We did get to see some white faced monkeys. − Parking was an issue. In the description we were expected to see tropical bird and have an ocean view. Once we arrived we were informed the birds were gone. The view of the ocean was obstructed. There were dogs there roaming freely and scared the monkeys away, they also made my wife uncomfortable.

Homely apartments in a relaxed rainforest surrounding + On the edge of Quepos with amazing surrounds - tall trees where we were lucky enough to spot hummingbirds, macaws and a toucan. Our apartment felt more like a little Casa than a hotel room with a well equipped kitchen and nicely decorating living area. The kids were in the room and we were on the sofabed (perfectly comfy). We had great afternoons in the pool and the breakfasts were delicious. We ended up driving with the kids but would only be a 10-15 min walk to the marina or into Quepos. Staff were helpful and accommodating. − No issues - because we were sleeping in the lounge we could have done with another blind but we hung up a couple of towels and were fine.

Excelente, un lugar para desconectar, muy limpio + Es precioso el hotel, estás inmerso en la naturaleza, que es lo que buscamos muchos de los que venimos a este país. La limpieza de las habitaciones impecable. Totalmente equipadas. Un lugar silencioso. Un desayuno delicioso. Sin duda, repetiremos cada vez que volvamos a Manuel Antonio. La piscina genial, grande y limpia todos los días. Cuentan con varios miradores donde si uno quiere sentarse a contemplar las vistas o leer, son ideales. Es un hotel para desconectar y disfrutar. − No hubo nada que nos desagradara

+ Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Anlage liegt mitten im Grünen und bietet eine ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre. Die verschiedenen Zimmer sind über kleine Wege und teilweise einen kurzen Anstieg erreichbar, was dem Hotel einen besonderen Charme verleiht. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es leider ein Problem mit der Dusche in unserem Zimmer. Nachdem wir die Rezeption per WhatsApp kontaktiert hatten, wurde sich jedoch sofort darum gekümmert. Da sich herausstellte, dass ein Rohr defekt war, mussten wir in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen. Der Zimmerwechsel verlief unkompliziert und auch das neue Zimmer war wunderschön. Trotz des kleinen Zwischenfalls konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Besonders positiv ist uns der schnelle und freundliche Service aufgefallen. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. ☺️

+ Wonderful stay in this corner of paradise. We initially weren’t thrilled with our room (it was more than fine but we wanted something more special), this was sorted out straight away, we sent laundry to be done and it was back the same day at a good price, the food was delicious and the staff friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really good too. Wish we’d had longer there.

Hotel dat voelt als thuiskomen + Hotel Las Cascadas was echt geweldig, het voelde voor ons meteen als thuiskomen. De sfeer is gemoedelijk en de mensen zijn ontzettend lief en behulpzaam, vooral Madelyn. Zij heeft ons enorm goed geholpen met het boeken van excursies voor eerlijke prijzen, niets was haar te gek. Het zwembad was heerlijk en zorgde voor ultieme ontspanning. Op onze derde dag hield de airco in de kamer ermee op, maar zonder gedoe kregen we kosteloos een upgrade naar een andere kamer. Echt top service! Ook na het uitchecken mochten we gewoon nog de hele dag blijven hangen en genieten bij het zwembad, dat maakte ons verblijf extra bijzonder. Het ontbijt was lekker en gevarieerd, en zelfs het diner dat we er één keer hebben gehad was ontzettend smakelijk. Alles bij elkaar was het een fantastische ervaring en ik kan het iedereen aanraden om hier te boeken.
