Everything was impeccably clean, and the panoramic views are absolutely breathtaking. The restaurant exceeded our expectations as well. The tuna tartare was exceptionally fresh, and the Italian dishes tasted authentically Italian, which is rare to find. What really sets this place apart is the hospitality. The staff could not have been more friendly or attentive, and the owner was wonderfully kind, taking the time to share great recommendations that made our stay even better. A memorable experience all around—I would return in a heartbeat.

+ The location and staff were so great. Beautiful views from the room. − We ate all our meals here and I would have appreciated a lunch menu . They served the same food for lunch and dinner. Also, I would have appreciated some local food, just to sample. But the food was fine.

Most incredible stay in Manuel Antonio + The room was exceptional! It was so beautiful with the most incredible view. All of the staff was so friendly, welcoming and super kind! Just an incredible stay, I hope one day we come back. It was a truly magical experience. Super clean room, great facilities and fantastic location. 10/10 − Nothing could have been better - I loved everything.

+ Pour être franc, rien et nous sommes partis dès la fin de notre première nuit, malgré que nous avions réservé 03 nuits. − Le prix que nous avons payé de USD 652,00 par nuit est totalement en désaccord avec le standing de l'hôtel qui est vieux, qui n'a jamais été réaménagé depuis son ouverture. Le petit déjeuner est ridicule, sans aucun produit de qualité et une liste presque inexistante de choix. Le prix correspond à un beau hotel de quatre étoiles. Malheureusement nous avons été volé et surtout trompé de façon grossière. Une honte de vendre cette établissement à ce prix !!!! Je n'ose même pas parler de la décoration vieillotte des années 80. La réception est sur le même ton. Le personnel paraît "complice" de cette farce... Le seul intérêt est l'exploration totale du client. Le prix du restaurant est super le même ton. Prix très élevé et aucune qualité, de la nourriture de bas niveau!!. Décoration zéro !!

Très bien mais… + Magnifique vue Animaux visibles depuis le balcon ou la terrasse de l’hôtel (oiseaux, singes). Bon emplacement Grande chambre confortable. Beaucoup de place. Aucun vis-à-vis Baignoire à bulles sur le balcon − La nourriture n’était pas à la hauteur du standing (déjeuner et souper). Moins bon repas de tout notre séjour pris dans le restaurant de l’hôtel. Quelques bruits dérangeants à cause de l’emplacement de la chambre : donne directement sur le restaurant avec musique cuisine ouverte et passage de tous les hôtes. Blattes trouvées dans la chambre

An awesome stay + We loved everything about this hotel! The location was superb, the room and balcony was fantastic, and the staff are all awesome! We loved the free breakfast, happy hours, and ate dinner there every night ( 3 nights)! The food was delicious and prepared beautifully! Everyone is so lovely and helpful! We took the golf cart ride to the beach and the walk down was easy! They pick you back up too! Shout out to Abigail, Randall, and Carlos ( along with everyone else)! The 3 names really were so kind and welcoming! We would love to come back! Highly recommend this hotel for couples! Didn’t try the spa..next time!

It was not expected but it was amazing! + First, I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to JuanCa, who welcomed us at the last minute after we arrived at another hotel only to be told they couldn’t find our reservation. We stayed for 9 nights, and the experience was truly spectacular. The view was incredible, and the golf cart service was extremely convenient whether for running errands, visiting the ATM, or simply heading to the beach. I also want to highlight the outstanding quality of the restaurant. thanks to Abigal & Carlos, Every day featured a different special, and each one was absolutely flawless. Overall, an unforgettable stay that I would highly recommend.

Thank you for everything! + I booked this place to celebrate my anniversary, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. From the start, the team went above and beyond. Special thanks to Ivannia and JC at reception for helping me arrange room decorations and activities well in advance, nearly a month ahead. They made everything seamless and even managed to organize last-minute airport transportation for us. We absolutely loved the hotel itself. The pool was incredible—perfect for swimming, and open 24/7, so we stayed in until we were completely worn out! A big thank you to Carlos, who made our pool time even more fun by teaching us some Spanish while we enjoyed margaritas. And thanks to Armando as well for the fun buggy rides! Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better anniversary getaway.

Gotta love it!! + I had the pleasure of staying at Issimo Suites in Manuel Antonio this past January, and it was truly a memorable experience. I booked a Deluxe Suite, and from the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how spacious and comfortable it was. The highlight, without a doubt, was the breathtaking view waking up to that scenery every morning felt like something out of a dream. One of the most unique parts of the stay was the wildlife. The monkeys were absolutely incredible (and a little mischievous!). At one point, they even tried to open the door to my balcony, which was both surprising and unforgettable. It really made me feel connected to the natural beauty of Manuel Antonio in a way you just don’t get everywhere. I also want to give a special thanks to Jaffarson at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make my stay smooth and enjoyable. He helped me get around Manuel Antonio with ease and even assisted in coordinating transportation all the way to Montes de Oca,…

I came here for a nervous system reset due to hypervigilant nervous system/PSTD. I really feel better. Costa Rica is + I loved my room. The panoramic view was everything. − Ashley enjoyed everything about the property write down to the staff. The staff were amazing.

正直二度といかないです。 + ごはんは美味しかったし、スタッフも親切で、ロケーションはまぁあやゆるものが遠いが、あえてそういう場所を選んだと言える。 − WIFIが途切れすぎ。あとADULTSオンリーという事で静けさを求めていったのに、私が滞在した期間は丁度何かしらの工事をしていて何かを切る音やドンドンドンとハンマーでたたく音などがして昼寝が出来なかった。何のために高い金を払ってADULTSオンリーを選んだのか意味が分からなくなり正直腹が立ってしまった。スタッフは親切だったので何も言えず。
