INCREDBILE STAY! + We spent 8 days/7 nights at the Los Suenos Marriott and WOW... We LOVED it. We are a family of 4 with two teens, and stayed in a 2 BR villa in the vacation club. Highly recommend this, as it felt like a true vacation being able to spread out and have lots of space. I can't really find anything at all negative to say about this property, so will simply share everything that we loved: (1) GERALD AT THE POOL. Top of my list, this man is A+++. We went out of our way to sit in his section each day. He is kind, professional and such a nice man. He overheard it was our daughter's 15th birthday and he brought her a delicious piece of chocolate cake with a candle to our seat at the pool. (2) Christian @ the Iguana Golf Shop / Iguana Tour. Do not leave the property without going on Christian's 8 AM tour of the golf course. This was a real treat for us. Nice Hotel but lots of party americans + Really nice hotel, super service, amazing pool area and very good breakfast buffet. Lovely staff. A lot of party american tourists unfortunaltely who dont know how to behave (like eating tacos in the pool and dropping all eating in the pool)

Disappointed + Some of the staff were really kind, pool was okay. Gym was good − Activities were limited to 30mins per day, so the advertisement was very misleading. Some staff were really unwilling to support on even a basic level. Hotel was just weird and unfriendly. Unlike the other 7 hotels we have stayed at in Costa Rica.

Big hotel, no empathy from the personnel + The place is very nice. Food is pretty good, but for such a big resort some things are missing. There is no place to charge electric cars and it is even worst ti say that’s there is no wiliness or empathy to help. The day was rainy and in such a big hotel no umbrellas for the guests to go to the cars. The place is nice but personnel is not capable to adapt and help the guest.

Top! Nu 3 keer geweest en er komt zeker een 4de. + alles is supernetjes, ruim opgezet, vriendelijk personeel. Zwembad met poolbar is top en voldoende restaurants om wat te eten. De winkeltjes op het terrein zijn ook leuk/gezellig. − de poolbar gaat om 18u dicht, dat is wat vroeg.

− Que me cobraran en colones pese a que yo pedí que me cobraran el monto en dólares. A la hora de hacer la conversión de dolar a colon me lo vendieron muy alto y el precio fue mayor. Por este motivo no volvería

One of the best best places to stay in Costa Rica + I found a beautiful spot here that was honestly I'm so gorgeous. My husband had so much fun playing golf and we enjoyed the whole trip. The rooms were really nice too!
