nice hotel with one minus + Very nice hotel, 5 minutes walk from the subway. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Only minus is the temperature. No airconditioning in the room (apparently rule in Beijing that they can not use airconditioning until may ) and too cold in the restaurant

Decent hotel for the Price + Most of the reviews for this hotel appear to be questionable with a 98.5% excellent rating! It is a decent hotel for the price. Pros: 1) Price for the size room you get. 2) Location is kind of nice by a small lake. 3) Nice enough rooms. 4) Breakfast person named Lucas was very nice. Neutral: 1) Bed a bit hard. Breakfast buffet good but not great. Cons: 1) AC was turned off due to the coolish weather, so I had to leave the windows open for most of both nights which did the trick. Only OK because I was facing the quiet lake and not the street. Luckily no bugs or pollution during my stay.

Leon and Ruby are amazing! + Truly enjoyed our stay we were so well taken care of. The service is excellent and the front desk speaks good english. Particularly like to thank Leon and Ruby for going the extra mile. We had trouble with our taobao orders which they managed to settle really efficiently and fuss-free. Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Beijing for travel~

Nice, private and comfortable. + The rooms are spacious, clean and well isolated. The staff was friendly and took good care of things. − The age of the interior shows in the technical room equipment. The TV was new, but didn't offer any modern features, like access to streaming services or screen sharing.

Полностью оправдал ожидания + Прекрасный отель. Удобная локация с шикарным видом во двор, огромная терраса с музыкой, вежливый персонал, приличные завтраки для Китая (в большинстве отелей такого уровня завтраки не для европейцев:)), очень тихо в номере и он огромный, с полноценной кухней. − От кондиционера в номере пахло сыростью, ну и по классике для Китая - персонал практически не говорит по-английски)

+ The staff at the reception was extremely nice and helpful, especially in light of the fact that we were traveling with our dogs. The breakfast was delicious and the personnel serving it was great - special mention for Lukas who speaks excellent English and takes special care of the needs of the clients. The self laundry service on the 5th floor was also greatly appreciated,

Perfect hotel for Beijing + Ricky and suki and all the staff at Artyzen were amazing. They really looked after us and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were very clean and serviced well. Really recommend staying at this hotel. − Nothing. Staff and hotel were amazing.

Exceptional Family Stay in Beijing - Spacious, Lifestyle and Extremely Convenient + We stayed at Artyzen Habitat Dongzhimen Beijing for a family trip with a 3-year and a 1-year old and my wife's parents. Finding a hotel in Beijing that is at an extremely convenience location (25 mins drive to PEK airport, 5 mins to Sanlitun but super quiet and safe at night for a sound sleep) and balances space, comfort and amazing services for a family can be trickly, but this property nailed it! Spacious & Well-Equipped Rooms: The room was remarkably large by city standards, featuring a modern design, very comfortable beds, and a kitchenette (including a microwave and kettle). We stayed in connecting rooms and sound proof between the rooms are the best among those we have experienced. Prime & Quiet Location: We had an outbound flight at noon the next day so need to get to airport by 8:20am for checkin. We left the property at 8:00am and got to the airport in 24 mins. 服务态度和质量非常好 + 早餐种类丰富，兼顾中西方饮食习惯。孩子是高敏娃，餐厅服务员非常照顾，没有出任何差错。房间除了空调不是很好用，其它都很好。特别值得提的是前台的服务人员于/余先生非常照顾我孩子的入住体验，及时解决孩子被咬但不确定是什么被咬的问题。我对他们的服务态度超赞！ − 房间的空调控制系统不太好用，需要排查一下。
