+ The location is very central. It's right next to a subway station, just a few blocks way from the Tiananmen square and within walking distance from the Forbidden city. The staff, Lucky, James and Amber are very helpful and nice. However, the TVs are small, shower drain and hinge were a bit rusty, the heater was not controlable, and light switches were not labeled. Overall, it's really good for the price

+ Fabulous hotel high spec easy walking distance to all sights. Very helpful staff and room was luxurious. Breakfast was a an incredible blend of east and west. Arranged trip to Great Wall thro reception before I arrived by messaging in app and it was great value and driver very obliging

+ It’s fantastic, spacious, convenient. Staff are polite, helpful and friendly. It’s very close to Tianmen square, so expect more security measures around the area during big events.

2.5/5 Stars + This hotel is marketed as 5-star, but the rooms are nowhere close—old furniture, tired decor, and an overall worn-out feel. It’s clear they haven’t been renovated in a long time. If you’re expecting luxury, you’ll be disappointed. That said, the staff was the one saving grace. The service was genuinely excellent—helpful, polite, and clearly trying their best despite the outdated environment. Until the rooms get a serious upgrade, this hotel is riding on its team, not its facilities.

+ Nice hotel, with luxury feeling in a great location. Our suite was spacious and very comfortable, nicely decorated and serviced flawlessly daily. We will definitely stay there again next time that we visit Beijing.

+ A very old hotel with very dated amenities, but it's very close to Wang Fu Jing, Tian An Men etc, which made it a little bit better. But we wouldn't stay here again if and when we return to Beijing - not worth the money.
