+ Номер сьют был неожиданно очень большим с двумя санузлами. Завтраки великолепные, локация супер удобная, прямой выход из отеля в торговый центр , вокруг много ресторанов , близко к центру и многим достопримечательностям, рядом станция метро − При выезде не дали конверт с инвойсом 🤷🏻♀️

Il personale è gentile ma non conosce bene l’inglese. Perciò ci sono delle difficoltà di comunicazione + La struttura è elegante e accogliente. Nella hall dell’hotel mancano sufficienti poltrone per gli ospiti che attendono.

Un soggiorno molto piacevole a Pechino + La posizione lungo la linea 2 della metropolitana, comodissima. Lo staff della sala colazioni, gentilissimo, e il servizio colazione, con una scelta incredibilmente ampia. Il passaggio diretto verso il centro commerciale U-Town, molto utile specie in caso di pioggia forte. − Lo staff della reception potrebbe essere più gentile. Una presa in grado di far funzionare un asciugacapelli in bagno sarebbe molto più comoda invece di doverseli asciugare in camera.

Recommend & come back again + Everything around you. Restaurants shopping mall. − A deposit was supposed to be taken, but when they learned I wouldn't be using the hotel's services, they overlooked it.

+ We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and well taken care of. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and exactly as we had requested, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything we needed to start the day. The location was also perfect and made exploring the city very easy and convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and really enjoyed our stay. Everything met or even exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
