+ An Exceptional Stay at Mandarin Oriental Shanghai We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental Shanghai and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai. What impressed us most was the attention to detail throughout the entire hotel. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and exceptionally well maintained. The cleanliness was impeccable, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel. The staff deserves special praise for their warmth, friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism. We always felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of, with every interaction being courteous and personal without ever feeling intrusive. The location is excellent, and the views from the hotel were simply beautiful. + Everything was amazing. Staff very supportive and nice. − The hotel looks outdated a little bit. The in room dining or SPA is very expensive in my opinion which we wished that it is in normal prices. Location wise is very good but you need taxi to go to nearby famous street.

Хороший выбор + Был забронирован номер Мандарин, с видимом на город. Сделали апгрейд с видом на реку. Номер был угловой на 5 этаж, вид был замечательный. Консьерж помог забронировать номер в ресторане с депозитом, не было у нас Alipay. − В номере давно никто не жил и было пыльно, но после уборки по требованию, все было хорошо.
