Rude and slow staff, poor facilities, and overall poor experience. + Virtually nothing − Staff were rude, unfriendly, and not proactive. The venue had an odd smell. Booking activities was a tedious process, with very poor communication from the hotel. They also messed up my luggage, keeping it outside in a sandstorm when I asked for it to be stored with the concierge, and made no effort to apologize. As a whole, I have had a very poor experience at this self-proclaimed 5-star hotel.

+ Nos ayudaron mucho con la comida sin gluten para mis dos hijas celíacas, no tuvimos problemas , hubo muy buena disponibilidad y atención del chef Sebastián , y en el restaurant de Félix y María José. También nos ayudaron a organizar los paseos los guías Eduardo y Sebastián . El hotel es cómodo y está cerca del centro , a 10 minutos en bicicleta .

Un oasis al que siempre dan ganas de volver + Siempre es un agrado volver a Cumbres San Pedro. Un verdadero oasis en medio del desierto: piscinas climatizadas para disfrutar del sol, muy buen restaurante —y se agradece muchísimo el servicio de descorche—, excelente atención y habitaciones amplias y cómodas. La ducha al aire libre, rodeado de la tranquilidad y el paisaje del desierto, es simplemente increíble. Un lugar al que siempre dan ganas de volver.

Très bel hotel + Très bel hôtel. Cadre magnifique, chambre spacieuse. Une piscine était chauffée. Très bon petit déjeuner. − Odeur de fosse sceptique dans le jardin autour de la réception et des premières chambres. Burgers et pizzas vraiment pas bons.

Desert paradise + This place is amazing, the rooms are so private even though they are right next to each other. You feel as though you are alone in the desert. The spa is cool, we did cold : hot swims every day. One night we had bbq dinner at the hotel, it was great. Staff is lovely. − Nothing
