    If the room is air-conditioned, it would have been a pleasant/comfortable stay. + Location is excellent (close to the train station and shopping). Breakfast is decent. − The room is not air-conditioned and is unbearble in August Summer heat (outside temperature was high 70s to low 80s F). Opening windows would let bugs in and had to close the windows. Room does not have a fridge.
