Séjour très agréable + Personnel très aimable et professionnel. Le design est vraiment très chouette. L’accueil est agréable avec notamment des petits plus (bonbons dans la chambre, mouchoirs, lime à ongles, thé et café avec bouilloire). La situation est parfaite pour presque tout faire à pieds. À deux pas de la gare et à 10 minutes du parc des Anglais. − Coussin vraiment trop mou. Ce n’était pas un lit double mais deux lits simples côte à côte.

+ Perfeita localização, quarto estiloso e moderno! − O ar-condicionado tinha limitação para baixar a temperatura e pegamos uma noite muito quente, não chegou a ser ruim, mas teríamos dormido melhor com uma temperatura mais baixa. Os travesseiros muito baixos.

Desatención absoluta por parte del personal + Nada , tuve problemas con la reserva y a pesar de llamar inmediatamente por teléfono no quisieron solucionarme nada. Si tienes problemas con la reserva olvídate de que te lo solucionen, tanto el hotel como booking se pasan la responsabilidad unos a otros y no solucionan nada pero por supuesto si te cobran. − El personal del alojamiento no me solucionó el problema que les planteé. Tardaron en contestar y cuando les llamé por teléfono me remitieron a booking que también tardo en contestar. El resultado, se pasó el tiempo para solucionar el problema y me cobraron una estancia que no pude disfrutar.

Excelente hospitalidad + El personal, la ubicación y el hotel en general − No están preparados para la ola de calor por lo que aunque nos facilitaron dos ventiladores, el calor era agobiante. Tienen refrigeración pero muy restringida en cuanto a horarios y temperatura. Para tener en cuenta.
