Was great but could have done without the mould + The restaurants and pools were great. The room was also fine, minus the mould growing all over the AC unit. − Our AC/heat unit had an entire sheet of mould spores growing all across the entire thing. Wasn’t able to turn the unit on, and had to sleep worrying about getting sick from the mould. Especially having chronic health concerns as it is.

fine and dandy + hot pools were good, room was in the older part of the hotel but nice and quaint. − Room was only half made up when we arrived, bed not made only one robe. Staff was not helpful until we persisted and eventually got some form of credit for the issue.

Horrible + Pool was nice − There was blood on the bed sheets and blanket, and the room was very dirty. We also found blood spots on the carpet and floor. We contacted the front desk, but the bed was not properly changed, and the staff did not seem to take the situation seriously. When I went to the front desk to explain what had happened, the staff member walked away while I was speaking and said he would get the manager. The manager came and immediately offered me 20% off, asking, “What else do you want me to do?” I wasn’t looking for a discount—I simply wanted the situation to be acknowledged and taken seriously. The condition of the room was completely unacceptable and unhygienic.

Det kunne være langt bedre, hvis der var opsyn med deres egne regler bliver overholdt ved poolområde + God pladcering og fantastisk med varme pools. − De regler der var lavet for poolsne blev ikke overholdt og når du vælger dette hotel allene for "SPA" oplevelsen. Så bliver du skuffet over skrigende børn og teenagere. Der måtte ikke være børn i poolsne indenfor (det var der). Der var larmende og chikanerende teenagere i polen udenfor... MEN INGEN HOLDER OPSYN MED REGLERNE BLIVER OVERHOLDT.

Hermosa ubicación pero no recomiendo el hotel. + La ubicación excelente − Muy sucio, viejo, incómodas las habitaciones. Demasiados huéspedes en los hot springs al punto de ser desagradable usarlos. Definitivamente íbamos a ese hotel solamente por las aguas termales y no las pudimos disfrutar. El tamaño y cantidad de aguas termales no está diseñado para la exagerada cantidad de huéspedes que el hotel alberga. Alfombras súper sucias, el inodoro no funcionaba bien, el piso de la ducha se veía sucio.

Good value for an enjoyable stay + Right from check in the staff were great Checking in was smooth and we received excellent service This place could use a facelift but just the same it’s clean and comfortable plus it’s great value as you have access to outdoor pools till 11pm and indoor till 1am how great is that !! We’ll keep coming here as we always enjoy our stay!! − Pools and late hours you can use them

Not going back, not a good experience and not worth the money. + Location − Rooms need some updating. Thin walls, very noisy, not relaxing. Screaming kids in quiet areas of the pool. The staff don’t monitor or control the pool areas.
