Bad experiences + Gotten to the hotel ,after l have paid online and also paid for deposit the hotel attendant still took $200 out for each room l got for security deposit, l was also charged for breakfast $21 for each after l was deceived online that breakfast included,,is a lie breakfast not included ,l was forced to pay for all the breakfast and l left the hotel next day to another hotel cheaper and all inclusive ,l moved to Hyatt place opposite this hotel ,I can never lodge at this hotel anymore − Breakfast was charged from my account separately after l was told online that breakfast inclusive ,POOR MANAGEMENT AND POOR PRESENTATION

Hotels are meant for sleep. We got NO sleep. + Was noisy so no sleep. When I booked i asked if the hotel was close to the airport, was told yes. Took over 30 minutes to get to airport. − The entire experience

A comfortable stay near transport. + Close to punch. Transport. Spacious room with a big comfortable bed. Bath and shower were good. Fridge in room and coffee maker. − All good.

Overall good facility, easy to find and go around, friendly and responsive staff. + The location is good if you have a car, it's next to the highway so very convenient to go anywhere, and it's close to a go-train station. − 1. Internet was really garbage, I had nearly 0 wifi when close to the window at floor 5. 2. Each room is only provided with 2 bottles of water with no drinking water available in the room. 3. The cleaning staff seems to purposely forget providing essentials: toilet paper, coffee (3 coffee each day) unless asked. 4. Electricity was accidentally out early in the morning though quickly fixed. 5. The floor carpet was extremely dirty: socks got black after walking a few minutes in the room.
