Wouldn’t stay here unless absolutely needed - good for airport journeys only. + It was clean and close to airport − The staff didn’t smile and seem like they just wanted to move you along - felt like a number in a queue. Blow dryer was cold and coffee was awful!

Great hotel, Great for the Terminal 5 My shuttle service was not great + Close to the airport − The shuttle service wasn't great - long wait for a pick up then the driver drove right past and had to re-call to get him back. Then he was grumpy

Overall stay was good. + Hotel has shuttle to airport and it is very close to a SkyTrain station. − Small lobby area and one of the two elevators was out of service during my whole stay.

THis hotel was okay, the staff were really nice, however the rooms were grey and dull. wont return. + Staff were lovely − The breakfast was not good. options not good and food areas did not look or feel clean

+ Very spacious clean and had all you need in the apartment. − Lift access to 12th floor from ground level was not ideal as the lift only went to the 11th floor and you had to then use a cross over lift or use the stairs to lug your suitcases up to the the 12th floor. In our case it was quicker to walk up and down the fire exit stairs.
