Ideal starting spot to roam the city + The location was right in the heart of the city and only a short walk to either of the main metro lines. Being connected to the underground city also offered the chance to get around above or below street level. The staff were very helpful particularly the valet team even though we used self parking and Claude at check in. − There were a lot of airplane cabin crew staying at the hotel throughout the stay and they were not particularly courteous to other guests given the large numbers in a group and the amount of luggage. It was not necessarily the fault of the hotel but just an observation.

Central location in heart of Montreal. + Great location although can be a bit noisy at night view proximity to place des arts when events being held there. Bivouac bar serves fantastic cocktails. − Gym could use more variety for the free weights, as not much available for lower weight levels. Lifts can be slow when hotel is busy.

Centrally located for a busy weekend of exploring + The location is unmatched! It’s super easy to use the Metro from here and the food court in Desjardins downstairs was a breeze when we were too tired to venture out for another restaurant. The streets were hopping with live music and a festival right outside. Fantastic location and comfortable beds. − Signage is a bit hit or miss. The parking ramp could have more signs to guide you to the proper elevator.
