Sehr angenehmes, traditionsreiches Hotel. Schönes Gebäude + Die Lage ist perfekt - Downtown Vancouver! Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Badezimmer sind sauber, nicht besonders modern. So gab es z.B. einen Duschvorhang - dieser war aber sehr schön und sauber und durch eine gebogene Stange klebte nichts am Körper − Die Pagen haben nicht alle Familienmitglieder gleichermaßen behandelt. Aber der Gepäckservice war schon super.

Great location huge rooms and amazing staff + Location was excellent easy reach to all of Vancouver attractions and the rooms were a good size comfortable and clean − Breakfast is Al a carte but there are so many great cafes within 5 mins walk

Très bon sejour + Très bon Emplacement le personnel est très aimable et répond au mieux à nos demandes la literie est exceptionnelle − Il est dommage que le mobilier de la piscine intérieure soit en mauvais état

+ The room looked like the pictures. Elegant décor. − Very busy reception area and impersonal. Room had nothing complimentary as I'd have expected for paying so much. Movies were very expensive and the coffee didn't have any real milk.

− curtain rod in my room needed fixing and I forgot to mention it to check out staff. Could not get streaming on TV to work. Not with my phone of the TV.

Iconic hotel, great service + This is a really fabulous hotel. We were upgraded as we were on our honeymoon. Service was attentive and went above and beyond. The building is a slice of Vancouver history and the bed was very comfortable. − Wait times for breakfast were quite long so I wood suggest booking your preferred time

Classic Vancouver Stay + The history and iconic nature . Liked the pictures of past guests . Service was excellent − Nothing really apart from being persuaded by charming staff to choose the most expensive whiskey 😀😀
