Nous espérions mieux pour le prix, un peu déçus + L emplacement et la vue, trop bien − Le wifi ne marchait pas : j ai dû aller 3 fois à la réception pour que quelqu un m explique. La troisième fois, la personne me l a bien expliqué enfin (problème réseau) et mis en place elle même sur mon portable. La climatisation de la chambre faisait du bruit : nous pensions qu il y avait un orage durant la nuit, mais c était juste la climatisation , un peu fatigant

+ Location − We requested a quiet room away from the elevator and no adjoining room and the room they gave us had both of these. We had to be moved. Also, the front desk seemed to rush us and didn’t listen to what we were saying. The breakfast that was served on the Club Floor was poor. The hot food quality was limited and lacking in taste. The elevator to the breakfast floor 37 was broken and you had to walk up 2 sets of stairs. The food selection was not the quality you would expect for the price, with minimum selection - just OK. The heating and cooling in the room was not working properly. The power plugs in the table were dead. There weren’t enough power plugs in the room. The lighting in the bathroom was awful, too low and too many shadows.

Superbe + Très bel hôtel très bien situé dans le centre-ville de Montréal. Proche de tout: bus, commerces, restaurants supermarché, et a 3 minutes à pieds de la rue commerçante Sainte Catherine. Hotel très propre et moderne. Personnel top et à l'écoute. Il y a au total 36 étages et nous étions au 21, où la vue était super ! 6 ascenseurs donc on attend que quelques secondes pour les prendre. Piscine et salle de sport avec prêt de serviettes. Un restaurant sur place mais pas testé. Les chambres sont spatieuses (environ 30m2 pour une chambre deluxe avec 2 lits doubles) et très propres. Le ménage est fait sur demande tous les jours. Elles sont également bien insonorisées car on entend rien de ce qui se passent dans les autres chambres. Par contre, on entend bien les personnes brillantes dans les couloirs. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel. − Rien !

Bel hotel + Bellissimo hotel ! Unica neo ( ma le do allo stesso 10/10) la colazione non al buffet ma sulla carta ( allo stesso buona assolutamente però il buffet non si batte )
