Great location - staff are fab ! Parking is silly + Amazing location on the waterfront .. can’t fault it ! − The parking charges per night at 40 dollars are a joke ! Especially when the hotel is not cheap

Nice stay, but I’ve had better experiences elsewhere for the number of stars it is honestly. + Great location, modern hotel, lots of amenities clean — Overall a nice hotel. − They don’t even give you a bottle of water in the mini fridge, literally nothing. Small touches make a huge difference.

Nice but the value wasn't there. I would look to stay elsewhere next time. + Location walking distance to all downtown amenities. The dinner at Fathom was absolutely delicious! Room was spacious. − The decor is tired. It needs to be refurbished. The bathroom needs to be redone . The backsplash around the tub has been patched and needs replacing.

Lovely day lovely people but the parking issue really pissed me off + Really beautiful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Super ambience − This is kind of a pricey hotel and I don’t appreciate being charged extra for parking. Any of the other 4 to 5 star hotels that I book anywhere around the world parking is included and that should be included here as well.

+ Everything − The price, people are going to stop coming to Victoria because the hotel and restaurant prices are so high, Impossible to find a good hotel downtown less than $500 a night after fees and taxes.
