Wasn’t bad then the noise sucked + Location − Construction and go train noise all night

All staff were very friendly. Loved the smell of the lobby + View was fantastic. Beds comfy. − Bathroom door was dirty (looked like someone poured a drink down the side of it and it wasn't washed up). The room could use an extra blanket or housecoat in closet. Pool / sauna was ho-hum

I would definitely stay here again if I were coming to Toronto. + Location and staff were awesome! Room was very nice, clean, well stocked coffee and towels. Bed comfortable and it was very quiet for being in downtown Toronto. − Getting out of the parking lot was hazardous as tour buses dropped off right at the exit.

Clean, comfortable, great soaker tub, but the view was impeded by the open bathroom floor plan + Prime downtown location near the Union train station, Rogers Center, and CN Tower. Plenty of amenities. Very clean − The price was quite high for the size of the room. Our corner room had incredible windows, great viewing from the toilet…which felt super awkward so we never opened the windows and enjoyed the view
