fine hotel, but not 4 star + the hotel is fine (clean, staff is friendly, food ok). That being said, it's not a 4 star in Western European standards, for that the food should be better and the rooms more modern.

Overall a little bit disapointing + The rooms are fine, quite clean and confortable. The food service is good and the restaurant is quite good as well. Nevertheless, the breakfast in the morning is quite poor in quality under my point of view. Also the gym is closed most of the time and have to ask permision or special request to go to it. It is also quite small but has most of the things necessary. Logistically it is on an acceptable location.

No Hot Water 4 days + No hot water for four days in the hotel eventually forced them to move us to main part of hotel. No warnings or information given to guests or offers of compensation. How a hotel doesn't have a 24 hour service agreement for its heating of hot water is absurd.

4 stars hotel with 5 stars service + I stayed 13 nights at Hotel Victoria 1 ( near business center) and I ll come back soon. I really enjoyed to be there. Nice room with lake view , clean and comfortable .Good location ,wifi. breakfast . bar restorante lobby,spa etc Reception is best service always smile , kindly, very good english and helpfull. I especially thankfull to Marina Kubar, , Anastasia Sadovskaya ,and also others . I had a great time at hotel and Minsk Greetings from Helsingborg - Sweden

Not best experience + Very unprofessional staff, especially reception and duty manager. When I was making a booking via phone, they didn't give me any details such as booking reference or else so when we arrived to the hotel they said that there is no booking in the system and had to search a new room for us on the spot which took a lot of time to register us again. I'm from Belarus and my husband is not so according to the policy of the hotel we had to pay extra per night because he's a foreigner! Unbelievable. I've travelled so many countries and stayed in different hotels but first time see such discrimination. Spa also was closed during our stay because they switched off the water for some reason. Gym needs some extension, extremely basic. When we tried to talk to a manager about what happened she was rude and negligent and looked like she didn't care at all. + I had to check out after one day because staff was rude and unhelpful and waiting to receive 2 days of payment back to my account from expedia. On check out they said expdeia will email me and refund the other 2 days so far nothing

+ this is a scam and a nightmare. The number on the photo and in reality are different. the carpet is old and smelly, the bed is not big, there is industrial noise in the windows, there is no air conditioning. we stayed in the room for 3 hours and my wife said that we can’t sleep here, got into the car, drove another 300 kilometers and spent the night in a small town. Hotel Victoria is not 4 stars, but a maximum of 2 or 1

+ The hotel was lush and luxurious, an excellent location and very friendly staff that were willing to help. The breakfast was good if you eat meat of youre a veggie then or vegan there will be very little for you as even the breakfast potatoes are served in the samw container as the meat. But this aside it wss a spacious room and a very enjoyable stay. I will be going back.
