Buen hotel para descansar. + El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo. La habitación tiene estilo colonial y el buffet es muy amplio, variado y de calidad. − La ubicación no es la ideal para pasear tranquilamente, pero si usas Uber, compensa alojarse aquí. En nuestro caso, al llegar, la piscina estaba vacía por reformas y no nos habían avisado. Nuestro pensamiento era pasar aquí varias noches alojados para relajarnos al final de nuestro viaje. Desde recepción no nos dieron ninguna solución más que devolvernos el dinero que habíamos pagado, pero buscar algo en el último momento no era lo más adecuado. Sin embargo, solicitamos hablar con el gerente el cual se disculpó y nos compensó, por lo que quedamos satisfechos y aliviamos el enfado inicial.

+ Um bom pequeno-almoço e muito bem localizado (centro, perto dos Arcos da Lapa). − Durante o fim-de-semana, a limpeza das mesas para pequeno almoço foi caótica. Várias mesas sujas e demora na limpeza das mesmas. Para além disso, num dos dias não fizeram a limpeza do quarto. Num hotel como este, acho uma falha grave.

+ I generally enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The facilities are nice and well-maintained, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast spread was very good. − Overall enjoyable stay ruined by a late-night pipe burst and lack of customer support. Unfortunately, my experience was severely undermined by a major incident. While I was out of my room, a pipe in the bathroom burst and flooded the space. As a result, several of my personal belongings left on the floor—including my backpack —got soaked. To make matters worse, I was asked to relocate to a new room around 1:00 AM completely on my own without any assistance from the staff. No compensation or apology was offered for the inconvenience and the impact on my belongings. I reached out to management after checking out to resolve the situation, but I have received no response. While the property itself is high quality, the handling of an emergency and the total lack of follow-up from management were very disappointing.

+ Nice, clean, comfortable hotel with decent breakfast and pool. − The property should have complementary tea or coffee in the lobby and rooms. Most hotels in the USA do. The hotel was nice but I did not care for the street where it was located. Little congested and somewhat dirty.
