+ The Location is great! The lobby is very modern. − The rooms definitely need a renovation! Although it is a good price for the location, I still wouldn’t say it’s worth the stay. Seeing the lobby makes one think they are changing the whole hotel. But the rooms look very old and cheap. The card reader of my room didn’t work because the battery was empty. After running up and down 5 times, because the lifts are not working properly or are very slow, I was told someone will come and change the battery. My room has not been cleaned that day, as obviously the cleaning person couldn’t enter. I was told by the service person, that they knew they should have changed the battery, but no one did…not the worst experience in Rio I had, but I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Overall experience affected by maintenance, cleanliness, and privacy concerns. + I didn’t stay long enough to experience everything the hotel had to offer in depth. However, what initially stood out to me was the hotel’s location, the spacious room, and the balcony. − The room felt outdated and poorly maintained, with several items requiring cleaning or repair, including a rusted showerhead, a heavily stained freezer, a loose shower knob faceplate resting on the shower partition, and a room door with peeling surfaces. Not to mention that I noticed a few bugs sharing the room with me. More concerning, within the first hour of my stay, a staff member entered my room without my consent or prior notice simply to deliver towels. This was uncomfortable and raised concerns about privacy and proper room-access procedures.

Me surpreendi positivamente, não conhecia o hotel achei lindo, reformado e de ótima localização fica atrás da praia + Banheiro lindinho e tem shampoo condicionado e secador − Apenas uma porta inativa que tinha no nosso quarto que dava acesso pro corredor
