+ Muy atento el personal, excelente ubicación, cerca de todo, para ir caminando a las playas de Copacabana y de Ipanema. − El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido y debíamos apagar lo para dormir...y hacía calor.

Good location and breakfast, but not the easiest place to sleep + The location is fantastic. You're five minutes away from endless excellent eating options, and of course, the beach. Staff were extremely kind and friendly. The breakfast is quite good with plenty of variety. The rooftop pool boasts incredible views and the gym is decent if you need a quick workout. − The AC unit in our room was incredibly loud. Like I'm not talking a little bit of background noise, I'm talking like an outboard motor on a boat. But the rooms are so stuffy you HAVE to run the AC units otherwise you'll melt. But the biggest lowlight of our stay was the endless stream of mosquitoes in our room. We killed all we found, as did the people who stayed in the room before us apparently, as there were numerous mosquitoes squished on the walls, with bloodstains marking their final smeared resting place. We were there for four days and every day there were mosquitoes.

Bom, atende de forma mediana com acolhimento e segurança e garagem! + O ar condicionado faz tanto barulho que mais parece um helicóptero. O valor da vaga da garagem é exorbitante, o equivalente a uma diária de hotel Ibis. Um funcionário da garagem foi muito grosseiro, os demais, todos muito gentis. Toda a equipe muito competente e profissional. O 1o quarto não estava limpo. O outro, sim. Café da manhã, sugestão para substituir o apresuntado para preseunto fresquinho. Os ovos podem melhorar, as frutas estavam perfeitas e muito frescas. − O ar condicionado faz tanto barulho que mais parece um helicóptero. − Sujeira e muitos pernilongos sem que o hotel diaponibilizasse aparelhos “protector” elétricos. Noires infernais com a infestação de mosquitos. Café da manhã sofrível, muito ruim mesmo.
