Good hotel with a poor ‘gym’ + In general, the hotel is very good very comfortable, friendly, good beds, clean, good shower, good TV, Good A/C and in a good location. I wish they have a better ‘gym’ and not only 2 treadmills plus 2 elliptical. No weights at all. They have to do something regarding the gym

Great service, food and room. Pool not so good + The hotel is new and stylish. Room is really nice with a great bed and linens. Staff is really helpful and warm. Food is good, especially burgers and meats. The complimentary amenities and water in the guest room could improve in order to improve guest satisfaction. They should also offer complementary water, coffee or tea at the reception during checkin or checkout. The pool area is not so good, and could be better equipped and clean. We booked the hotel because the pool area images looked good but in reality we couldn't use the pool as it was not so clean.

+ Great location and excellent facilities in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. The professionalism and customer service of the staff are outstanding. The bar could offer a wider variety of spirits, but overall, my stay was very good. Highly recommended!
