5-star hotel, really? + Manager of reception was very unfriendly and uninformed. Other staff was wonderful. Food does not correspond exactly to 5 star hotel. I wish them to improve the quality of the food in the restaurant. In this direction can definitely do some work. Wonderful location of the hotel, the rooms are great /cleaned every day/, the beds large and comfortable. The spa is good. One of the biggest advantages is silence.

truly recomend the place + great place! thoughtfully created resort, luxury details; needs bigger spa thermal zone in regards with the big number of rooms; needs better trained service personnel in the restaurant

+ Amortized standard room, need slight renovation especially on the blanckets. It looks more like a 4* hoteland definitely not 5*. The breakfast was poor on variety of food and the restaurant is small for the entire hotel. The food quality was so-so.

Very disappointed.. + The only good things was the girls at the receptions desk and golf court Very poor maintainers,no rules at spa and relax zone,children entered in the steam rooms,running around and jumping in indoor pool. The outdoor pool was too small. We didn't have Wi Fi.This hotel is very far from 5 stars. Finally ,jacuzzi in the room didn't work. We spent only one night from our booking and move to other hotel.We don;t recommend.
