Добър престой + Хотелът е хубав, няколко пъти сме били вече в Арена мар хотел, добро ниво, чистота в хотела, добра и разнообразна храна, отново бих посетила, но не в пиков сезон през лятото. казанчвто ни се развали, явно си бе развалено по принцип,започна да тече без да спира, но дойде техник и оправи проблема − Басейна (външния) беше леко мръсен

Проживанием в целом довольны, но считаю, что для 4-х звездочного отеля грязно в номере. + Персонал приветливый, еда достаточно вкусная. − К сожалению были расстроены пятнами грязи на ковролине, душевая кабина грязная, двери балконные тоже грязные. В ванной комнате был неприятный запах сырости.

For 1-2 nights is acceptable + Location − They offer “late breakfast”, but there is almost nothing to eat when you come and they cleaned all the coffee machines at the same time. The bathroom facilities were old and didn’t work properly.

Преятно,но с привкус на разочарование! + Басейна,лоби бара,тихо и спокойно,хубави,просторни и удобни стаи и близко до плажа − Неадекватно поведение от страна на някои служители:рецепция (решиха ,че не сме пратили),липса на координация между персонал и рецепция за брой гости в една стая. В стая за двама - всичко беше подготвена само за един гост. При напускане на хотела бяхме изненадани с нелепото твърдение,че не сме заплатили за престоя си,което е обидно . При установяване на грешката служителката от рецепцията дори не сметна за уместно да се извини за причиненото неудобство и обида. Установихме,че е по-добре да си румънец в български хотел!Явно румънците се ползват с привилегии там!!

Acceptabil, dar nu de 4 stele + -Hotelul aproape de plaje-10 minute -Personalul de la recepție amabil, dacă am avut o problemă a rezolvat-o. -Micul dejun variat și bun -Cotat cu 4 stele dar este cam de 3 − -Curatenie făcută in grabă, fără atenție la detalii, lipsa săpun, -Parcarea foarte aglomerată, dacă nu prindeai un loc bun in parcarea principală amenajata, trebuia să parchezi pe o zonă pietruită, cu denivelări, tot a lor fiind si la același preț ( 10 euro/zi) - Am avut camera în spate ( spre strada) unde era un club de noapte cu muzică tare, nu se putea dormi cu ușa deschisa la balcon

The staff working at the breakfast area were very respectful, friendly, and helpful. However, I had one experience that really disappointed me. The night before my departure, two of my adapters stopped working, and I needed to charge my phone so I could travel the next day. I asked the reception if they had an adapter or if they could simply charge my phone for me. The receptionist told me they did not have an adapter. When I asked if they could charge my phone, he refused and said, “We charge our phones at home.” The next morning, there was a female receptionist who tried to help me and looked for a way to charge my phone. I really appreciate her effort and kindness. In the end, I found an adapter myself and managed to charge my phone. I was not asking for anything complicated or expensive. I simply needed to charge my phone or borrow an adap…

Cazarea perfecta + Curatenia, camerele sunt mari cu balcon, aproape de plaja, am putut lasa masina in parcare inainte de checkin cu o ora si dupa checkout cu doua ore.
