Excellent Family Stay + Location & Convenience: Perfect central location, very close to the beach. Having supermarkets right in front of and behind the hotel (with the back one open past midnight) was super convenient. Food & Dining: The food was delicious and full of flavor every day—a major plus since we were traveling with a 3-year-old. Cleanliness & Comfort: Rooms were cleaned daily, including proper floor mopping and fresh towels every day. Hot water supply was consistent with zero issues. Pools & Sunbeds: The pools are large and clean. We never had issues finding available sun loungers, regardless of what time we arrived. Child-Friendly: The nightly kids' entertainment program was wonderful and kept our little one very happy. Staff: A special shout-out to Tudor, the manager, who truly stepped up and provided excellent service. − Check-in & Service: The luggage porter wasn't very friendly during arrival or departure. Nu excelent, dar un raport calitate-preț aproape bun. + Mâncarea ok, hotelul drăguț, activități pentru copii și adulți, plaja aproape − Nu mi-a plăcut faptul că am fost nevoiți să plătim parcarea și hotelul nu are plajă privată. În cameră curățenia se face superficial, inclusiv în ziua în care am primit camera. Am găsit mizerie sub pat, păr pe jos. Mobilierul învechit, uzat.

This is at best a 4 star hotel masquerading as a 5 star + Very nice hotel but other than the rooms and the pool area I don't see why it has a 5 star rating. There are other 4 star hotels that tower above this one in many aspects but I won't go into detail. − Food was lacking in diversity, no outside sitting at the restaurants. The snackbar is inspired directly from a 3 star hotel AT MOST, beverages are low quality. This is at best a 4 star hotel masquerading as a 5 star.

Animasyon çok eğlendirdi, gece şık bir sahnede Misafir ilişkileri müdürü Todor Georgiev bizi eşsiz güzel sesiyle ve şovuyla 90'lı yıllara götürdü. Muazzam bur gece yaşattı, ona da çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Son olarak otelin tüm çalışanları güleryüzlü ve anlayışlıydı, bu da tatilimizi 10 kat daha zevkli hale getiriyor.

Good value hotel with great all-inclusive options, but poorly maintained room + All-inclusive options were great - they very much exceeded expectations. There's also a lot to do around the hotel, and many activities are organized for guests. The staff is very helpful, and the location is pretty good. − The room was very poorly maintained (broken lamp, water-damaged flooring, leaking AC unit). The beds were somewhat uncomfortable - they could use new mattresses. It was a stark contrast to everything else. Still, we'd recommend the hotel, as it was good value.

+ Понравилось комната была большая,басейн хороший,рядом центральная улица,много магазинов − Нет пляжа,только за деньги,вода грязная,купались только в басейне,еда не вкусная,вечернее шоу никакое,платная игровая комната,паста пица не вкусные как для ребенка,возле басейна была еда неплохая,при всем включено ходили есть в соседнии рестораны
