    + Posizione − Con le finestre aperte si sente parecchio la ferrovia ed una strada ad alto scorrimento su un vicino ponte. Il bagno è sprovvisto di box doccia o parete di separazione in vetro, quindi si allaga tutto il pavimento con il rischio di scivolare e farsi male. Occorre fornire almeno uno strumento per rimuovere l'acqua da terra.La posizione è comunque ottima e centrale
