+ A very nice indoor pool, gym and sauna.. The property is near to shops and markets, and the public transportation stop is in front.. Pleasant multi-lingual staff..

+ The hotel suppose to be a 4 stars, but it is far away from that. To start with, the hot water was not always available, so every time going to the shower it was a surprise for what you will get. When asked about it at the reception, I was told that they don't have hot water??? Second of all, the sink was leaking and the drainage of the bath tub was not working well, so after the shower you end up with ankle high water. The pool of the hotel was not working, but funny enough, all the reception was smelling like chloride really strong. The hotel should be renovated because the condition of the room was slightly disappointing, including the terrible bathroom and non existing sound isolation from the corridor and neighbours. The only thing working properly was an AC.

Egy hét + A hotel kb 20 percgyaloglàsra van a tengertõl és a főtértől. A medence és a sportterem ingyenes.A jacuzzi 12 leva/ fő.A reggeli jó,de mindig ugyanaz.Naponta van takarítás,törölköző csere.A szekrényben 2 vállfa van csak.A medence úszni jó,160 cím mély és 28 fokos.

Non ci tornerò + Hotel abbastanza datato, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro città. La camera ha mobili di almeno 25/30 anni, letto non proprio comodo. A me è capitato che in piena notte, ore 1 circa, arriva un gruppo di circa 20 ragazzi (età media 25 anni) che comincia a urlare e fare un baccano che mi fa sobbalzare. Faccio presente la cosa alla reception che mi dice "ok ci pensiamo noi2, ma non accade niente, esco fuori la camera e mi lamento... dura poco; richiamo la reception e non accade nulla. Nel frattempo sono le 2 del mattino... Non ho chiamato la polizia perchè non avevo il numero. Alla fine sono riuscito ad addormentari verso le 3 ... sveglia alle 6.30: INCUBO! Capisco che possa capitare, ma che nessuno faccia niente è davvero inaccettabile! Colazione scarsa.

Fena değil + Odalar konforlu ve temiz. Personel kibar. Kendi otoparkı var ama ücretli, 3 gün için 36 leva ödedim. Merkeze 15 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Bana göre tek eksiği açık alanda oturma yeri olmaması.

Nicht empfehlenswert. + Der Internetauftritt verspricht viel mehr wie er hält. Sehr abgewohnt, bedarf Sanierung.

Wonderful Stay! + I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms and common areas were very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would gladly visit again!
