Чудесен + Хотелът е много красив и чист, разположен на много спокойно място. Персоналът е изключително любезен. Закуската е вкусна и богата на избор. Напълно сме доволни от престоя си!

Definitely no value for money even in low season. Expecting prices to be double during high reason. + The hotel has a nice location. Overall it was cleaned and maintained. − 1. Upon arrival there was a problem with the booking. I booked 3 rooms and they had only 2 booked. 2. The cocktails at the bar were heavily diluted with no alcohol and mostly lemon juice instead of other juices to make it taste punchy but still being charged for alcohol drink. 3. Just overall when it comes to service we have felt uncomfortable on every step.

Пълноценна семейна почивка + Посещаваме хотела за втори път в компанията на няколко семейства с деца и отново останахме изключително доволни от престоя си. Удобствата, които предлага хотела позволяват пълноценна почивка за всеки от гостите. Детският кът е огромен, а аниматорите успяват да ангажират вниманието на децата. Кино вечерите бяха чудесно забавление за децата в края на деня. Басейните са с топла вода. Спа - центърът е просторен. Храната беше разнообразна. Останахме с положителни емоции от престоя си.

Отдыхали всей семьей нам очень понравилось. + Очень хороший спа несколько джакузи много саун разных типов большие бассейны как внутри так и снаружи все теплые. − Номера в старом здании не тянут на 5 отель но в новом здании в котором мы были номера очень красивые новые и комфортные. Мы были в alpine room. По приезду нам хотели дать номер в старом здании, номер в нем нам не понравился нам поменяли без доплаты на номер в новом здании.
