Disappointing + The hotel itself is new, with a modern, minimalist design, and is located in an area with modern buildings. However, there are several details that could be improved: - the attitude of some persons at reception - breakfast. It was good for a four-star hotel, but the variety was rather limited and there was no fresh fruit. The cappuccino with condensed milk tasted terrible. Unfortunately, only one lady was responsible for welcoming guests, serving, and clearing the tables, which seemed like far too much for one person. - the lighting in the room. Now it is cold white rather than warm and quite unpleasant, especially in the evening - provide bathrobes. All in all, I could not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again. − The bad impression started as soon as we arrived. There is an ongoing construction site right in front of the hotel, with cranes and all the associated noise. Although we arrived on Saturday evening and assumed that things would …

Conoscevamo Sofia. I prezzi con l'euro sono raddoppiati, ma Sofia resta bella e vivibile. + Funzionalità, pulizia, gentilezza del personale. − Ci è piaciuto tutto, ma per noi italiani la colazione potrebbe essere arricchita con qualcosa di dolce in più (vengono forniti cornetti e una ciambella). Basterebbero anche solo dei biscotti per poter spalmare il cioccolato e la marmellata. Bevande calde da macchinetta, ma usano prodotti Lavazza e la resa è ottima.

+ Хотела е на хубаво място. − От 2 години сме гости на този хотел и никога не сме имали проблем. Този път обаче останахме изключително разочаровани. Стаята миришеше на цигари и застояло,за първи път ни поискаха 50 € депозит за минибара, въпреки че винаги сме били коректни,включително когато сме били с кучето. На чужденец преди нас не беше поискан такъв депозит. Чувството, че сме третирани различно е изключително неприятно. Определено не очаквахме подобно отношение от хотел, който посещаваме почти всеки месец.
