Pænt hotel med god beliggenhed + Dejligt værelse, god beliggenhed, sødt og venligt personale og generelt flotte rammer. God morgenmad og fin restaurant, som gjorde det godt. − Der var for mange ting der ikke duede. Minibaren fungerede ikke, det blev påpeget og forsøgt løst, men lige lidt hjalp det. Air conditionen virkede, men kunne ikke justeres, en lampe virkede ikke, dynen var et kedeligt vattæppe, en knage var ved at falde ud og flere andre små ting, som et hotel på dette niveau skal have styr på. Værelset var mao. pænt men slidt. Til slut var der også fejl i den endelige regning, hvad ikke ødelægger opholdet, men der skal strammes op.

+ La ubicación y la amplitud de la habitación. El restaurante, muy bueno. − Tenía 3 habitaciones reservadas. Las 2 de la planta 4, no estaban limpias. Nos encontramos cristales rotos en el w.c.durante 2 dias consecutivos. En el desayuno ponen de bufet muy pocas cosas y cuando se acaban, no reponen, pides y te dicen que se acabó. La recepción, el bar y el comedor, todo en la misma estancia.(un poco raro para un 5 estrellas)

+ that was a thing, really wonderful experience, we've been in Sofia tenth of time now we regret we did not stay in Juno Hotel before. Long story short, the hotel is not near the city centrum, the hotel IS IN the city centrum, everything is one step away, the historical site, the restaurants, the main goverment buildings, the metro, the parks ... we saw everything literally by the window of our room. We wrote about the outside, now about the insides ... even better! the fourth floor is very catchy, wonderful design, great quality, furnitures that does not fall apart (for Bulgarian hotels is not that obvious) and the restaurant ... oh the restaurant! We never eat as good as in the Juno restaurant! TRY IT especially the polenta. and the fitness ... too much writing, you have to experience yourself − well maybe it will sound weird but the hardest part was to ... get in, let us explain, the doors are there but they are covered in fancy wood panels, they do not look like doors because they…

+ Nuestra experiencia en Juno Hotel ha sido excelente de principio a fin. Es un hotel que transmite calidad y cuidado por los detalles, manteniendo al mismo tiempo un trato cercano y agradable. La habitación nos encantó: moderna, muy cómoda, perfectamente cuidada y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia de alto nivel. Las instalaciones y servicios están totalmente a la altura de la categoría del hotel. El desayuno merece una mención especial. Cuenta con un bufé muy variado y de gran calidad, complementado con una amplia carta de platos preparados al momento. Y algo que nos sorprendió especialmente fue el café: se nota que está muy cuidado y su sabor era realmente impresionante, algo que no siempre se encuentra ni siquiera en hoteles de esta categoría. Good hotel. Lacking attention to detail that you’d expect. + The design of the hotel is good, and the staff are great. Bar service exceptional. − Room inspections are exceptionally poor: glasses with lipstick stains and long black hairs around the bath and shower should’ve been checked before the room was signed off as clean. Their bottled water in the room is strange too: they look like they’re refilled (unsealed), which is strange considering the price range this hotel is at.i

Bellissimo soggiorno a Sofia + Hotel moderno e ben curato, in posizione centralissima. Personale molto gentile, camere spaziose e moderne. Colazione di ottima qualità e con possibilità di una scelta di una portata alla carta, preprata sul momento − Consiglierei solo maggiore attenzione nella pulizia delle camere.
