Don’t recommend + Upon the arrival the man at the reception was rude, after we checked in we had a problem with the room, when I went to talk to him about it before even trying to hear our problem he told me it’s impossible to change rooms and after I tried to talk to him more he mocked me (yes, mocked me!). There was a foul smell in the bathroom, the cleaning was subpar, they only washed the floors once and we stayed a week. I thought the food was okay at first, and then me and another person from our group got food poisoning. The other staff except the one at the reception were okay, especially the servers and bartenders were polite. Overall would not recommend

Superb. Raport calitate-pret foarte bun. + Mancarea a fost buna. Nu foarte diversificata, dar suficienta si decenta. Am primit upgrade gratuit la camera si am avut un apartament in loc de camera de camera dubla. Personalul foarte amabil si se facea curatienie in fiecare zi. − Nu mi-a placut ca mancarea nu a fost asa diversificata si ca apa de la piscina a fost cam rece.

Acceptabil + Am avut un sejur de 2 nopți/ 3 zile. Mâncarea a fost de calitate dar , puține feluri, ținând cont ca a fost all inclusive.- dacă ne raportam la un hotel de 4* Băuturi la dozator, sucuri dozator. Locația nu este foarte departe de plaja. Curat in camera. Am.mai fost la acest hotel in anul 2023 si am prins un apartament.Acesta a fost de nota 10. ACUM AM AVUT O CAMERA MICA DAR CU UN BALCON FRUMOS si generos.. PARCARE IN REGULA IN LATERALUL HOTELULUI CONTRA COST.- 12 leva/ zi − Mie personal nu mi a plăcut mâncarea, si marimea camerei,soția a fost foarte mulțumită de calitatea mâncării.

Sokkal jobb volt mint vártam + Nagyon tetszett hogy mindennap takarítottak és mindenhól tisztaság volt. Szobák is nagyok és kényelmesek voltak. − Az ételek minősége és szélesebb választék hiányzott szintén igaz ez a koktélokra.

+ Începând de la cazare ,camere spațioase și confortabile, lenjeria nea fost schimbată la trei zile ,prosoapele ori de cite ori am solicitat ni sa dat fără comentari, curățenie în camere zilnic. Piscina și barul de la piscina apa din piscina ok șezlonguri erau cu perina dar puțin uzate ,băuturile nu erau cele mai bune dar erau ok se puteau consuma toate erau produse în Bulgaria La masa ,mâncarea foarte gustoasa ,și suficienta erau de tote aveai ce manca chiar dacă erai pretențios, ospătari ok ridicau și curățat mesele rapid, și respectosi . Una peste alta totul foarte ok un hotel fb din punctul meu de vedere as mai reveni !!! − Distanta cam mare fata de plaje ,dar pentru noi a fost ok ca făceam mișcare. La barul de la piscina nu se putea comanda decât până la ora 22.00 după care nu mai aveai decât apa la dozator , dar puteai sa cumperi de la supermarket și sa servești acolo !!!

Ubytovanie v Avenue Deluxe + Veľkosť izby bola fajn. Postele boli pohodlné a počas pobytu nám nič nechýbalo. Raňajky, obed aj večera boli chutné, mali sme si z čoho vybrať. Páčilo sa nám najviac to, že o 22:00 sa vypla hudba a hostia mali vo večerných hodinách pokoj a kľud. Hotel a personál bol veľmi príjemný a určite by sme jeho návštevu odporučili každému. − Nepáčili sa nám drinky pri bazéne, neboli chuťovo také, aké by sme čakali. Chuť pridávaného sirupu bola zlá. Druhá vec, čo nám vadilo, bolo slabé zametanie izieb počas upratovania, nakoľko sa nám po 3 dňoch začali v izbe hromadiť mravce. Inak sme boli s pobytom spokojní.

Vacanta in 3 cu cățelul + Am venit cu cățelul si spre deosebire de alte locații nu am fost nevoiți sa plătim o taxa extra. Personalul a fost ok, am plătit pentru o camera si am primit un apartament. Hotelul are o piscina foarte mare si curata. Parcarea a fost gratis in spatele hotelului nefiind asa de plina, dar cred ca in sezon se plătește 12 leva in parcarea din fata hotelului care este supravegheată.

Reviewers need to manage their expectations! + For the price I paid, this hotel was pretty good. The location isn't too far from the main strip of Flower Street, and there are also attractions closer by. The food wasn't amazing - but for an all-inclusive holiday where the hotel portion cost less than a weekend in an English caravan, it was nice not having to worry about going out for food all the time. The rooms are well equipped with a fridge, kettle and plenty of plug sockets. The TV has what seems to be just Bulgarian terrestrial TV but there's a decent selection of English games. The staff are very friendly. Their English isn't spot on but you can easily get by. It does seem to be that the hotel is more aimed at domestic customers (we were the only English there!) but they are happy to accommodate everyone.
