+ ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה מאוד , צוות בית המלון היה אדיב , המיקום היה קרוב לרכבת , חדר רחצה גדול ומרווח. − מעלית אחת קטנה , זרם חלש של מים , הייתה בעיה של סתימה בניקוז במקלחת וכן ריצפה רטובה בשירותים וריח של שתן , לאחר בקשות הוחלף החדר

+ ציון 100 לכל צוות המלון, שתמיד היה קשוב, סבלני וחייכני. החדר - 100 תמיד נקי. − זרם מים במקלחת, חלש עד מאוד. אני טבעונית ולא היה לי בכלל מה לאכול שם בבוקר, נאלצתי לבקש אבוקדו מדי יום. מי בכלל אוכל שעועית לבנה בבוקר? כמה אפשר לאכול רק עגבניה ומלפפון? שילמתי מראש עבור ארוחת בוקר וביומיים האחרונים כלל לא ירדתי לאכול. השותפה שלי, שהיא כלל לא טבעונית/ צמחונית, גם היא טענה בצדק שמלון שמתהדר בחמישה כוכבים, מן הראוי שיגיש ארוחות בוקר עשירות ומגוונות.

+ Чудесно местоположение , което напълно удовлетвори моите потребности. Макар и срещу допълнително заплащане , има паркоместа , точно срещу входа на хотела . − Минибара не беше включен да работи , а след като го включихме , охлади едва забележимо . Не успяхме да пуснем телевизора . Предадохме тази обратна връзка на рецепцията , те си записаха и се надяваме да ги отстранят .
