Cercare altrove + Unica nota positiva è stata la posizione. Perfetta per visitare Bruxelles e per spostarsi alla stazione ferroviaria. Posizionato nel cuore della movida a due passi dalla Bourse − Cominciamo col dire che abbiamo preso due stanze con la richiesta che fossero vicine. Risultato? Una al primo piano e l'altra al quarto. Quella al primo piano si trovava esattamente sopra il locale più frequentato e rumoroso di Bruxelles (stessa proprietà dell'hotel) con musica a palla fino alle 3 di notte e clientela molesta tutti i giorni, una settimana intera di agosto, (leggasi urli e canti, sgasate di moto ed auto sportive, rotture di bicchieri e bottiglie) fino alle 5 del mattino. La stanza al quarto piano invece è risultata un ottimo esercizio per i glutei in quanto l'ascensore è rimasta fuori servizio per tutto il periodo (non era un guasto ma bensì era stata messa volontariamente fuori servizio). Unterkunft war eine ZUMUTUNG, good-will Teilerstattung der Buchungskosten wäre angebracht + Zentrale Lage − Check-in nur per Code, Code war verkehrt, ( enthielt ein # zu viel) / Air-Codition bereits bei Ankunft defekt, und das bei Außentemperatur 3 Tage um 35 °C (Reparatur wurde nach 3 schlimmen Nächten für den Abreisetag per Email angekündigt) / Rezeption stets unbesetzt, ohne Ansprechpartner / nachts bis 2:30 Schlaf-verhindernde Wum-Wum Musik vom Restaurant im Erdgeschoss deutlich hörbar / sehr kleiner Raum, geschätzt 3 x 4,50 m, mit integrierter Badewanne und Waschtisch gleich neben dem Bett / Putz teils von Wand abgeblättert, Pilz-Modergeruch im Raum / Kühlschrank defekt, innen sehr warm / kleines Wand-TV mit billigem Lautsprecher nach hinten, kaum verständlich

A very lovely stay and in a great location!! + Location was great and our room was very clean − Wasn’t expecting to have the bath in the room with the bed, not that this was bad just not something we are used to. Also no kettle, which after a long day of travelling, dampened our spirits just a little. But apart from that, a lovely visit

Gran hote con ubicación fantástica + La ubicación es excelente y la habitación limpia , con el espacio necesario y muy cómoda. El personal dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. − Los primeros días no teníamos agua caliente, y en Bruselas es esencial (aunque sea agosto) . El ascensor tampoco funcionaba, y fue complicado subir y bajar el equipaje y cuando subíamos a la habitación para descansar. Pero en todo momento nos dieron soporte con los mensajes.

Un hotel qui a perdu son caractère. IL n'y a plus personne pour accueillir, renseigner, sourire. − La disparition du personnel d'accueil, remplacé par une affichette à l'entrée, mal scotchée sur la porte pour souhaiter la bienvenue. Un hotel n'est pas un parking où on vient se garer, c'est un lieu accueillant, humain, où on se sent reçu. Cette qualité a disparu de cet hotel charmant, c'est bien triste.

Très belle experience + L emplacement était idéal pour visiter bruxelles. A deux pas de la grand place, des bars et restos tout autour de l hotel. La chambre était propre, bien agencée malgré sa petite taille, idéale pour un couple. Tous les jours le ménage était fait, les serviettes étaient changées. J avais peur en lisant les commentaires négatifs mais au final, tout a été parfait − Le bruit des bars et des restos jusqu a 4h du matin tous les soirs. Mais avec des boules quies, le bruit est largement atténué. Le manque de clim peut également être un problème l été. Nous n avons pas eu chaud car il faisait frais la nuit
