Nice and pleasant stay + It was very clean. Very good breakfast with lots of options to choose. Nice and friendly staff. Free coffee, tea, and water in the lobby. Beautiful and cosy place. − The location was a bit far from historic center. There was around 20 stairs at the entrance, and it was difficult to move our luggage up. The staff helped us with the luggage. The room was very small and it was hard to move.

Je n’aurais pas pu demander mieux! + Nous avons adoré la chambre confortable, le petit déjeuner très pratique ainsi que l’emplacement pas trop loin du centre mais à l’écart des grandes foules. L’accueil était aussi très gentil, et nous avions eu tout ce qu’on a besoin! − Rien à signaler

We had a short stay and the property was perfect. The staff are excellent + It was a cool and quirky property not far from Brussels centre. Beds were comfortable ( that is important!!) and all facilities you would expect. Staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional.

Comfortable and well run small hotel. + The room was very comfortable, quiet and a generous size. Nicely furnished and decorated. Air conditioning was available although we didn’t need to use it. There were plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby.

Ottima struttura...ma ahimè...le scale! + "Un soggiorno davvero piacevole: la struttura ha un fascino unico, con soffitti alti e un'atmosfera d'altri tempi che la rende elegante e molto accogliente. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, e la posizione nella parte alta di Bruxelles regala un contesto tranquillo e piacevole. − L'unica pecca riguarda la mancanza dell'ascensore: per quanto si intuisca la scelta di preservare l'architettura storica dell'edificio, l'assenza di un ascensore e di un servizio di assistenza per il trasporto dei bagagli ai piani resta una mancanza importante. L'ascensore è un comfort fondamentale che non dovrebbe mai mancare in una struttura alberghiera

Hotel Lousie was welcoming and prepared for hosting us after a long transcontinental flight. + Desk clerks were genial and welcoming. Room was clean, updated, sheets crisp, climate controls fabulous. Location was great. − Nothing!
