Pet friendly and great localization + Perfect location, close to the main tourist attractions, right next to the subway and bus stop. The staff were super friendly and helpful; I went with my dog and it was amazing—we didn't have any problems. − The pillows could be better

Ci tornerei! + Bella struttura in posizione comodissima sia per il centro che per la stazione centrale. Camera pulita e spaziosa con infissi che ben attutiscono i rumori esterni. Materasso molto comodo Colazione buona e con tanta scelta. Personale gentile, sorridente e disponibile. − Uniche cose che migliorerei: l'aerazione dei pianerottoli (tanto caldi) e i cuscini (cuscini quadrati non sono comodissimi)

+ Location and the cleanness − I don't like the booking policy. They froze the amount I had to pay and then once at the hotel I had to pay. The amount of money frozen was then available again on my balance after 7 days. I was expecting a bigger desk in the room as my was a business trip and I provided this information during the booking.

Bien, sans plus + Hotel assez propre. Personnel agréable et petit déjeuner complet. − Une seule personne dans l'hotel quand on est arrivés, qui était occupée ailleurs. On a patienté 20 bonnes minutes pour faire le check-in. Embauchez! Entrée de la chambre un peu étroite, on a demandé un grand lit, on a donc eu des lits jumeaux... Travaux dans la rue rendant l'accès à l'hôtel compliqué mais ils n'y sont pour rien. Ca reste un rapport qualité prix un peu trop juste.
