+ Buena ubicación y personal muy atento y amable. − Uno de los principales inconvenientes fue la ducha. No hay mampara ni una separación adecuada, por lo que al terminar de ducharte queda agua por todo el baño. Es bastante incómodo y hace que el suelo quede completamente mojado. Es un aspecto sencillo de mejorar y que marcaría una gran diferencia en la comodidad de la estancia.

Wonderful hotel, great location, nice rooms + Lovely rooms, great facilities, fantastic location right on the river. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with amazing views. Outside dining area right next to the river. About 15 min walk to the famous Old Bridge and walking distance to train station as well − There was nothing really. Pretty much liked everything

Hotel panoramico. Ci tornerei per la vicinanza al centro storico, pulizia e professionalità! + Hotel al centro di Mostar con paesaggio mozzafiato dalla camera sul ponte e sulla città. Camera ampia e pulita, letti comodi. Camera confortevole per 2 persone durante il soggiorno. Il bagno piccolo ma ben organizzato. Manca qualche mensola in più per organizzare meglio le cose ma confortevole. Colazione ottima e varia. Ristorante che si affaccia sul fiume. Ottimi i piatti. A 2 passi dalla stazione taxi e bus e a pochi min dal centro storico. Personale professionale e cortese. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei assolutamente!

Overall a great stay with very kind staff. + Great location and nice staff. Rooms are clean and tidy. They managed to fix a double bed last minute and extend our visit without hassle. − Breakfast was ok, the warm food wasn’t that warm. That’s the only thing I could think off.
