Die Twin Beds bitte überdenken + Anlage ist sehr schön. Der Pool ist riesig. Der kann schon was. − Wir hatten 2 Einzelbetten. Das Bett ist so schmal und die Matratze wackelt im fast Freiflug auf dem Bett rum. Sicher fühlt sich anders an. Ich bin schmal, aber ich hatte echt Angst aus dem Bett zu fallen.

Very enjoyable stay + I think the hotel was very special and unique, excellent scenery, very clean and spacious, great restaurant on site. Was great that you can have breakfast right next to the playground, we are group of families with 8 kids, and the fact that we could eat and they could run around, was excellent. − The swimming pool was super far from the rooms. You can't eat next to the pool, which was very problematic with kids. We had quite a bit of misunderstanding regarding setting up the rooms for the families, despite the fact that we spelled it out to them before arriving, and they confirmed. They didn't have enough cots, and we had quite a bit of problems when we arrived. The other thing was they don't help with suitcases, even though the rooms are far from reception, and you have to climb up stairs, so with kids and babies, this was not pleasant.

Schöne Anlage - leider schlechter Kundenservice - schade :( + Die schöne, gepflegte Gartenanlage, der saubere Poolbereich, die Parkmöglichkeiten, der freundliche Erstkontakt beim Einchecken, die ruhige Lage − Das Frühstück fand ich nicht sooo ansprechend; die Räumlichkeiten dort sind ungemütlich, nicht einladend und das Personal im Frühstücksraum war eher "gelangweilt, genervt und unmotiviert". Wenig Obstauswahl, Wurst und Käse waren bereits länger auf den Platten, denn wirkten sehr "vertrocknet". Auf meine "Reklamation", dass ich eigentlich ein Zimmer mit Holz-/Parkettboden gebucht hatte und dies auch auf der Buchungsbestätigung so vermerkt ist und ich nun ein Zimmer mit TEPPICHBODEN habe, erhielt ich ledlich einen verständnislosen Blick, Schulterzucken und die Info, dass man da halt nichts machen könne. Eine Lösung zu finden oder evtl. den Preis entsprechend zu reduzieren, wäre eine Maßnahme gewesen - dies erfolgte leider nicht! Sehr schade, denn das Hotel und die ganze Anlage hat …

Disappointed for the money we paid. + The outdoor space and the pool. − The toilet was dirty and bad smell of pee even if you flush it and I told the receptionist to tell the cleaning staff to put some cleaning liquid in toilet but nothing. And the restaurant isn’t a wow and we wished to stay having dinner inside near the water and the staff didn’t let us because there weren’t alot of people and they prefer to have everyone on one side of the restaurant.

Na pewno tu wrócę. + Wyjątkowe miejsce. Bardzo piękne i zadbane otoczenie. W restauracji pyszne jedzenie. Cała obsługa hotelu bardzo miła i pomocna.
