+ The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The building is very pretty and the architecture is amazing. We had a view of the flag which was a really nice touch. − It was a bit of a walk into town, however the walk is pleasant along the promenade. You can also get a bolt which we found good value.

היינו במלונות אחרים, השהייה כאן מעל המצופה ! + חדרים מרווחים, נקיים ונעימים. החדר מצויד באפשרות להכין קפה ותה, מקלחת מרווחת, נקיה ומצויידת ארוחת בוקר עשירה, טעימה, מגוונת ומושקעת. מעל הכל - צוות שנותן שירות מעולה ודואג למתארחים לכל בקשותיהם. הצוות מסביר פנים ומסייע בכל. קיבלנו פירות אחר הצהריים ללא בקשה ! − ריחוק מהמרכז - אבל העלות הזניחה של נסיעה במונית בולט הפכת חיסרון זה ללא מהותי בכלל

Hotel carino ma attenzione alla posizione + Colazione adeguata, l’hotel è in un bel palazzo storico, la nostra camera era una suite confortevole e molto spaziosa. − Occorre valutare bene la posizione, è molto lontano da tutto, occorre prendere un taxi per ogni spostamento

Good potential but need improvement + * The room was nice, and it was pleasant to spend time on the balcony. * We were allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated. * The young woman and the manager who welcomed us at check-in were friendly and helpful. The woman working at the breakfast was also kind. * The fresh fruit at breakfast was good. − * Cleanliness definitely needs improvement. * The rest of the staff, especially the restaurant staff and the doormen, were borderline rude. They never greeted us, never smiled, and always seemed annoyed. The hotel should work on staff training, particularly regarding basic courtesy, hospitality, and welcoming guests. * Breakfast was the same every day, and the quality of the food, including the cooked dishes, was very poor. They even managed to make scrambled eggs badly and overcook the hard-boiled eggs! * A taxi is necessary to reach the main tourist attractions.
