Great value for an apartment. + Very clean, spacious 1 bedroom apartment. The bed was very comfortable. − Not sound proofed, could hear trains during the night, we were on the Yarra River, not much of a view. Shower over bath, not much room and water was getting everywhere.

A very satisfactory stay in a one bedroom apartment + The staff was friendly from check-in to check-out. The room was clean. The shower water pressure was excellent and the toilet paper was of high quality (This may be a small thing, but it shows attention to detail). Secure overnight guest parking was available (for a fee). Please be aware that the car park ramps are quite steep and the turns are tight for a SUV. − The beds are on wheels and can roll slightly.

Very comfortable friendly particularly for long stays - the bed was very comfy. + The bed, pillows & the linen is luxurious. The apartment is large & comfortable with great views of the Yarra. Located a one minute walk to the tram on Spencer Street. The staff are all very helpful including the housekeeping staff. The restaurant Wood & Grill in the foyer was fabulous. − We liked everything. Just one thing that could have improved the stay. There is a washing machine & dryer in the room but no detergent (this is the only thing we missed in the room)
