Bisher keine Beanstandungen, vermutlich aber keine weiteren Aufenthalte + Wir waren nicht das erste Mal in diesem Hotel, perfekte zentrale Lage. Prinzipiell sehr schönes Hotel, relativ neu renoviert, Frühstücksbuffet vielfältig und ausreichend. − Diesmal leider zu weiche und durchgelegene Matratze bzw. zu hohe Pölster, Kreuzschmerzen damit vorprogrammiert. Abfluss im Waschbecken sichtlich etwas verstopft, ebenso in der Badewanne, hier lässt sich auch der Stöpsel nicht anheben

Excellent hotel but choose your room carefully + I loved the position of the hotel - right in the heart of the museum district. I also loved its old world charm. The staff were very helpful − Wasn’t over the moon about my room- dark, long and skinny with a tiny bathroom

Mükemmel. + Tesis Çok merkezi bir konumda her yere yürüme mesafeside ayrıca tramvay hattına çok yakın İstediğiniz her yere gidebilirsiniz. Odalar çok temiz her şey düşünülmüş. Kahve makinesinden ütüsüne kadar her şey vardı. Özellikle resepsiyonda ki MINA BEY güler yüzü ile bize çok yardımcı oldu otelde çok güzel iki gün geçirmemize yardımcı oldu. 🙏

+ La posizione dell'hotel é ottima per raggiungere a pieni molti dei centri principali di Vienna. Le camere sono stupende, curate nei dettagli e dotate di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Lo staff é gentile e disponibile ad accogliere ogni richiesta.

Wonderful stay, excellent service and delicious breakfast! + We sent my husband’s mother and her friend to Vienna for a little holiday, and they absolutely loved this hotel! The service was amazing from the very beginning. My mother-in-law said that everyone was so friendly, welcoming and always smiling. It really made them feel comfortable and well taken care of. They also loved the breakfast — everything was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of food to choose from. The room was very comfortable, with a large bed and a kettle, which was a lovely touch as they could make themselves a cup of tea whenever they wanted. And speaking of tea — they especially loved the loose-leaf tea served at the hotel! They liked it so much that they spent quite some time looking all over Vienna for a place where they could buy the same one… but apparently, it’s the hotel’s secret! 😂 The location was excellent as well. They could easily walk around the city centre and explore Vienna, …

Au coeur de Vienne + Très bonne situation géographique, proche de la station de métro de l'Hôtel de Ville (Rathaus), du tram, du Museums Quartier. Quartier calme. Bon accueil du personnel. Chambre claire, douche italienne très appréciable. Je recommande cet hôtel. − Je suis d'accord pour prendre soin de la planète. Cependant, lors de la demande pour limiter le ménage, il s'avérait que les poubelles n'étaient pas vidées. Il aurait été bien de les vider quotidiennement.

Muy buen hotel, totalmente recomendable + Buena ubicación, el personal muy amable y atento, desayuno completo, instalaciones cómodas, había plancha para planchar la ropa, habitación y hotel muy limpios − No había nevera en la habitación para enfriar agua, fruta….

אחלה מלון מיקום מעולה + מלון במיקום מעולה קרוב ממש לכל המקומות המרכזיים. חדרים משופצים ומודרנים. שירות טוב. − זה לא שלא אהבתי פשוט התקלקל לנו המזגן בלילה הראשון במלון והפקידה בקבלה ניסתה לעזור לנו בכמה אופציות שלא עזרו . זה קצת שיבש לנו את הלילה כי זה לקח בערך שעה שעה וחצי עד שלבסוף היא נתנה לנו חדר אחר עם מזגן תקין.
