+ I had trouble getting WiFi to work. Figured out at pool it was strong then my computer was able to catch it in my room. Maybe issue was my computer. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My Spanish is poor; their English was better. We used a lot of translation apps.

Excelente + si quieren pasar unas vacaciones incribles, alójense en Jardín de Iguazu. Los 3 disfrutamos toda la estadia. La gente que te atiende muy amable y todo el hotel está impecable

Buona posizione e carino, ma molto sporco. + Posizione centrale e colazione ricca. Gentilezza del personale. − La pulizia: la camera era sempre piena di capelli lunghi e neri ovunque, soprattutto sul letto, nella doccia e persino nel bidet... probabilmente i capelli della signora delle "pulizie". Inoltre, la camera era invasa da moscerini, farfalline e altri insetti. Infine, il climatizzatore faceva un rumore tremendo, la finestra della camera non si poteva chiudere e chiunque poteva aprirla ed entrare da fuori essendo al piano terra.

Muy buena experiencia + El desayuno completo: cafe, leche, medialunas yogur, frutas,jamon queso,pasteleria. Le faltó huevo, aunque sea huevo duro, sino quieren " complicarse" con huevos revueltos. Una atención todos los dias a las 16 hs, hasta las 18, sirven una caipirinha de cortesia. La piscina está bien, aunque no la usamos, por el clima. Hay mesas y sombrillas en la zona. El personal muy amable Está bien ubicado, a 120 metros de la terminal, pero sobre una calle tranquila

Recomendable 100% + El personal amabilísimo. Te ayudan en todo momento y hasta te reciben con bebida de cortesía. Además, te ayudan con servicios adicionales como lavandería o servicio de taxi. La habitación amplia, cómoda, limpia y bien iluminada. El baño también. Gracias especiales a Virginia que nos atendió fenomenal. Todo perfecto. Ojalá podamos volver. − Todo fenomenal.

+ La ubicación del hotel es excelente. A 2 cuadras de la zona céntrica de puerto pero con una tranquilidad hermosa. Las instalaciones están muy bien, incluso me estaban haciendo tareas de mantenimiento como pintura. El personal súper amable. La pileta y el patio ideales para relajar. Hay mesitas en el patio que uno puede utilizar para almorzar o cenar si se compra algo en la zona. Bonus track: la caipiriña de las tardecitas la rompe − Quizás se podría agregar algo más al desayuno aunque lo q ya tiene está bastante bien

FANTASTIC STAY IN PUERTO IGUAZÚ + Melanie at reception was exceptional! This was the best service we got during our stay in South America. The hotel is beaitiful and inviting, the room was big, breakfast was great, there was no noise during the night. It was within walking distance of buzzing shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed or stay! − Absolutely nothing! It is a great hotel!!💝💝

Increíble calidad- precio + Super bien ubicado, personal encantador y super acogedor. Tiene una piscinita que está abierta todo el día y viene genial darse un bañito después de las cataratas. Nos encantó el detalle de la Caipiriña de cortesía a las 16hrs. 100% recomendable!

+ Excellent location The staff is something else! They are incredibly helpful and friendly. Even if they don’t speak your language, they will keep trying to help you using a translator until they figure it out. Honestly, they went straight to my heart. ❤️ There is also a small, cozy swimming pool — a really nice bonus. − It’s very old. The hotel itself feels a little tired. There is some mold in the corners, and getting to the power outlets means moving the beds, which is not very convenient. Breakfast is very modest — basically bread, buns and croissants, and that’s about it. Don’t expect much variety.
