+ Все было просто замечательно! Отель полностью оправдал мои ожидания: уютный и комфортный номер, чистота на высоком уровне, а персонал очень приветливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь. От пребывания остались только положительные впечатления. С удовольствием вернусь сюда снова и буду рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и знакомым! P.S. Отдельное спасибо персоналу за Birthday cake было очень приятно. − Нет такого.

впечатление очень хорошее, было уютно и комфортно + кровать отличная, расположение, приветливость сотрудников отеля, кофе на завтраке - прекрасный − кондиционирование комнат нужно улучшить. Хорошо бы на завтрак иметь яичницу глазунью.

+ Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, supermarket right below the hotel. Good value for money. − One elevator only, no clock on the room, would be great to have a small rack at the shower

Excellent + My family and i resided at this hotel during our short stay at Yerevan and i could say it caused this trip to be one of the most comfortable ones we have experienced this year. Despite being located in the very center of the city, the area itself is very quiet, calm and easy to get around. The staff are lovely people who are always happy to help with any issue, and the hotel building itself is deserving of its rating. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we hope to have a similar one next time we visit!

Good location and beautiful spacious rooms . + Beautiful big spacious rooms , comfortable beds and clean , good breakfast and friendly staff . Very well located . Front seat ladies Inesa and Lilith were very friendly and helpful at all times . − Unfortunately aircon is centrally set at 25.5 deg and cannot be changed

Very central, great food, lovely staff. + Comfortable, friendly and central. The food in the restaurant is beautiful. I had two massages which were both excellent.
