Great location and great hotel! + Our stay at The M's was wonderful. It is very clean, has a terrific lobby and they supplied us with water daily. I think they need more washers and dryers to accommodate the size of the hotel.

+ It is located near the central station and is easy to walk or taxi to restaurants. The beds are very comfy, rainfall shower to die for, and great seating area for takeout. Loved it!

+ What a greattt hotel ! Customer service is amazing ( shout out to Nicol) ! 7 min walking distance away from Kyoto station which is very convenient! Also few steps away from bus stops as well. You get two water bottles every day, room is very clean and more spacious than Tokyo hotels ! I highly recommend. Excellent price for the quality you get.

+ Really liked our stay here. Great size room and close to Kyoto station. Only issue I would say was the air conditioner was quite loud, even on the lowest setting.

+ Very good hotel & staff, before I went knew it was small room. 4 days pushing it as part of International trip with loads of luggage. Location excellent. Kyoto wonderful. Only probs Tokyo & Kyoto stations awful. signage, staff give directions but omit floor details. Some probs moving metro to tram station, but when on trains metro very good
