お金はかけたのに、普通 + 普通 − 見習いスタッフだらけ。日本人スタッフ少なくて、日本語通じない。

Old hotel, good location, nice beach + Large beach area was nice and good location near to Ishigaki Centre. Plenty of parking for rental car − Gym is very small, more than 5 people and it feels crowded. Equipment also old. Hotel itself is very outdated and not a 5 star experience. The standard of room cleaning is not to the level I would expect from an intercontinental hotel. Very experience compared to 5 other hotels I stayed in during my 3 week trip to Japan.

Not great + Not much I am sorry. The bedrooms were comfortable but the property is dated the staff were nice and tried to make up for it. − Everything. The food wasn’t great, and there was pork everywhere. The swimming pools were tired. The beach not comfortable. The chairs had no mattresses. The food was super expensive and not good enough apart from the Teppanyaki restaurant but very expensive. I cannot say we enjoyed our stay. And to be honest the island is not worth it unless you like snorkelling.

サービスレベルは五つ星ではない。 + クラブ棟高層階に泊まりました。Saltidaの朝食は美味しかったです。朝食は他では結局食べませんでした。クラブ棟の部屋は清潔で綺麗でのんびりできました。お湯の出方はバッチリでした。クラブ棟はオーシャンウィングとかに比べて静かなのでそこはよかった。 − 正直他のインターコンチネンタルや五つ星に泊まってる身としては、スタッフの全体的なクオリティが残念です。誤解なく言うと、良い人ももちろんいます。でも全体的なサービスレベルが五つ星にしては低い。 チェックインの際、いくつかレセプションの人に頼んでホテルのレストランを予約しました。その場では普通に通りましたが、後から部屋に電話があって、そのホテルのレストラン(中華)はこの時期休業中でしたと言われました。そもそもクラブ棟のレセプションレベルが自分のホテルのレストランがこの時期は休業してることくらい知らなかったのでしょうか？ また、クラブ棟のコンシェルジュへの内線は繋がらないです。他の五つ星で、2-5分くらい、毎回内線で待たされたことはかつてありませんでしたが、ここは毎回待たされました。人手不足かな。加えてアクティビティの情報はアクティビティ専用コンシェルジュみたいなのに回してもらわないとクラブ棟のレセプションでは全然ちんぷんかんぷんです。クラブ棟はコンシェルジュを常駐させていないのか、どうしても別の棟に行くか、内線でいちいち回してもらう以外はレセプションになんでも尋ねる形になります。しかしレセプションは対応できないので不便でした。一人でいいからコンシェルジュもできる人を常に配置したらいいのに。 総じて良い人ももちろんいますが、スタッフクオリティがあまり高くありません。中には英語も日本語もあまりできない見習いスタッフがいて、何語で話してあげたらいいのか困りました笑 アレルギー対応と共有は頑張ってください。紙まで書かせて、全レストランで共有すると言ったのに朝食以外どこにも共有されてないです。滞在中ホテルのレストランで、何回も確認し直しましたが、それでもアレルギー食材入りの料理が運ばれて来ました。(うち一つはウエイターにキッチンに確認までさせたのにアレルギー食材入りで出て来て、それを指摘したらそんなこと言われてなかったから出しちゃったと言われたことさえありました笑 確かに確認させたウエイタ…

Fantastisch hotel, vriendelijke mensen, top locatie + Top locatie met echt hele prettige hotelkamers. Bay side was echt modern ingericht met comfortabele bedden. − - Je moet voor veel zaken apart betalen; Waterpark en snorkelgear moet iedere dag huren kost behoorlijk wat. - ontbijt is druk met wachttijden. Personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en blijft meedenken over oplossingen - eten in het hotel is goed maar aan de prijs.

− Would be nice to have a bar where guests can relax over a drink. Unusual for a 5star hotel not to have a bar/lounge, Also, there was only one chair on the balcony for our twin room.

Had a great time and will love to do it again + We loved the property. We were a party of about 20 people. We were there for our annual family vacation. My siblings and all our families, and we all had a great time. There was something interesting to do for all the different family members The breakfast was a good spread and lovely − I think they need more choices of daytime and evening restaurants considering that it is on an Island with not many options outside the resort. I also didn’t like the fact that if you were in one wing you were not allowed to have breakfast in a different wing. It made it impossible for us to have breakfast together as a family since we were scattered in different wings of the hotel.
