Comfortable stay + The property is beautiful and clean and it is spacious. Rooms are spacious too. − I could have rated them a 10 but rated an 8 instead because, when we asked for a nice view, they told us they had to charge extra ¥10,000 per night for the rainbow bridge view and when we said it’s not ok, they then they said, how about a lower floor with partial view at ¥3,000 more per night? This is our first time encountering such a policy. We were very surprised. For the price we paid, and the extra charges, it would be crazy. When we were there, Tokyo experienced an earthquake of intensity of 5.9 in the middle of the night at 2am. We were awaken by the phone warning alert and woke up! The bed was shaking quite vigorously for about 1-2 mins. Following that the hotel made an announcement to give us assurance that the hotel is built to withstand earthquake and will be checking if the building is ok. But after that announcement was made no further announcements were made. We waited…

+ こどもが、足指に怪我して、時間がおそかったので、リパテープをお願いしたところ、快く届けてくださった。コンビニエンスストアに買い物にいかなければと、おもったが、しなくてすんだ。 翌日お支払をといったけれど、必要ありません。 もっとご入り用はごさいませんか？お怪我はだいじょうぶですか？と声をかけてもらい。とてもかんじがよかった。 − トイレの流すレバーがわかりにくかったり、使いにくいところが、あった。

Schönes Hotel, allerdings nicht sehr zentral. + Sehr schöne Zimmer und groß. Personal sehr freundlich. Toller Ausblick auf die Stadt aus der 30.Etage. Großes Shopping Center und U-Bahn direkt vor der Tür. − In unserem Zimmer, 28.Etage, funktionierte das WLAN fast gar nicht. Planungen für den nächsten Tag gingen entweder im Restaurant oder in der Lobby. Das Hotel liegt für die meisten Attraktionen in Tokio zu weit außerhalb.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit großzügigen Zimmer, tolles Frühstück (jedoch zu wenig Plätze für die Größe des Hotels), gute Ambi + Sehr freundliches Personal, geräumige Zimmer − Der Frühstücksraum ist für die Anzahl der Gäste viel zu klein, man muss regelmäßig auf einen Platz warten
