Visitando a mi hijo − La primera noche tuvimos 3 falsas alarmas de incendio, donde todo el hotel tuvo que evacuar. No recibimos ninguna disculpa por parte del hotel. Entiendo que puedan existir alguna falla en el sistema, o húesped fumando en una habitación, pero nunca se nos indicó el problema.

− Veel te duur voor hetgeen het is. Het is niet omdat er een beurs aan de gang is dat de hotelprijzen moeten verdubbelen voor de niet beursgangers.

Angenehmes Hotel mit gutem Komfort ! + Unsere Zimmer waren hell und sauber. Die Zimmergrösse war perfekt. Die Rezeption ist durchgängig besetzt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Reinigung der Zimmer oder saubere Handtücher, können individuell geordert werden. Für unsere Unternehmungen, hat das Hotel den optimalen Standort. − - alles war zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit -

War berits zum zweitenmal in diesem Hotel und komme gerne wieder. + Das Frühstück war sehr vielfälltig und schmackhaft. MeinZimmer war ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet für diese Preisklasse. Mit der U-Bahn ist die Anreise vom Hauptbahnhof und it der S-Bahn vom Flughafen bequem und praktisch. − Kann nicht negatives vermelden.

Für eine Nacht Preis-/Leistung trotz Messeaufschlag top. 10/10. Auf jeden Fall wieder. Hotel kann man nur weiter + Alles perfekt. Lage direkte Anbindung zur U/S-Bahn Station, Zimmer schalldicht und geräumig, Bett super bequem, Frühstück überragend. Die Leute an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Da hat es an nichts gefehlt. − Nichts

A lovely hotel + Great hotel and friendly staff − Sadly, the first room we stayed in smelt of cigarette smoke and the second room had plumbing problems. We were moved for a third time into a smaller room but the staff were very helpful with sorting this out.

Optymalne miejsce na tranzytowy nocleg. + dobre śniadanie ., przestronny pokój , wygodne łóżka i parking w garażu podziemnym. − koszmarny pomysł designerski, aby ścianę oddzielającą łazienkę od pokoju wykonać z matowego szkła. Skorzystanie przez partnera z łazienki w nocy budzi współpasażera intensywnym oświetleniwm przenikającącym do pokoju przez wymienioną matową szybę, Gdyby nie ten niefortunny pomysł architekta na pewno hotelowi można byłoby przyznać ocenę 10.

+ Das Hotel liegt fußnah an der Haltestelle des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs. Von dort ist die Innenstadt Hamburgs schnell zu erreichen. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend. Ich komme gerne wieder
