We enjoyed the location and the friendly people. + Perfect location and spacious rooms. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. − The lobby’s ac was out, but it seemed very temporary.

Great stay in Austin + This hotel is awesome. The rooms are like apartments with all of the necessities. Breakfast is included, and has lots of variety (including vegetarian options). Bathroom is lovely and toiletries are top notch.

Enjoyable and clean + The room was spacious and well kept by cleaning staff. − Unfortunately, the A/C went out on the first floor. It wasn’t unbearable, but it was a bit warm.

An excellent stay + An excellent room. I requested and received a handicapped room with walk-in shower. The room was quiet, larger than I expected, with separate kitchen and bedroom, and well equipped.

Loved this hotel + Hotel was great, the room was huge, clean and comfortable. Staff was very welcoming and kind and I was offered a free late checkout which worked great for me. Great central location. − Breakfast needs some improvements.
