Excellent hotel + Excellent location. You can walk to every thing. Hotel was very clean, good breakfast and parking included. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you amazing Holly front desk very efficient. Only reason not to give a 5 review they only clean rooms every other day.. If I would have asked properly could have gotten the room clean.. 100% Would return!!!

De kamer was comfortabel, ontbijt beperkt, te duur voor wat je krijgt + De kamer was uitstekend − Er is geen centrale plaats waar je even kan terugtrekken bij met een bar. Het ontbijt is zeer basis. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding ligt behoorlijk uit balans.

James, front test personnel was extremely helpful, providing assistance above & beyond when requeste + The breakfasts were flavorful & appearance exceptional. Liked the coffee selection. Food was plentiful,offering a wide selection of options. − Recommend on renovating, higher commodes in guest room baths & adjustable shower heads/wands. And please, upgrade the toilet paper….

Great place to stay in Pittsburgh. LOCATION is key. Parking is free, which was amazing! + Nice kind staff, AMAZING location. Great parking. Comfy bed and room was nice with a good view. Lots of light coming thru. Shower had good water pressure. TV was nice. Loved my stay overall. − Breakfast could have been better. Also, could have been slightly cleaner I think. Just saw a small stain on the bed and under the bed looked slightly dirty. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Staff was great! Thank you! + Temperature control was nice, always able to make it comfortable. Staff was supportive to let us park our U-Haul near the entrance. (We were sore after moving family to the area.) REALLY NICE OF THEM! THANK YOU! − More pillows and fluffier bedding would be nice, but what was offered was adequate and we were able to request extra items. Breakfast could be a little better with real maple syrup option and eggs cooked in smaller batches so they don't get over-cooked in steamers.

Great value and Must-Do for Travelers Driving In + I'm a Hilton exclusive traveler and I have to say this is one of the best I've stayed in. My room was on the 5th floor and the amenities were modern, super clean, and very comfortable. I loved that there is a 24 hour coffee/tea/water station downstairs, and the front desk service was fantastic. Shout out to Mary! Parking was a breeze. The lot is easy to get into and out of and requires a room key to activate the gate; this way ONLY GUESTS can enter and exit. The weekend breakfast was good: hot eggs, breakfast meat, waffle station, bagel/bread station with a toaster, cold cereal, yogurt, pastries and fruit. Very friendly kitchen staff made sure everything stayed stocked and clean. The hotel location is in a quiet area downtown with other nice hotels on the same block, so it is EXTREMELY safe. And you are a 20ish minute walk from the Three Sisters bridges. 10/10 - Next visit to Pitt will 100% be here. No brainer!

Amazing + The whole experience was great! Front desk was super nice and gave my daughter a prize from the treasure chest. Ebony at breakfast was amazing at keeping everything stocked and was very sweet. Howard in housekeeping was fabulous as well, brought us towels late amd had a great attitude. We loved it here. ❤️
